Very rude foreign man, didn't like to be challenged, repeated swearing and so on was this number 00411914635056 absolute a hole

004 119222078437 - Rec'd a call today from this number. Indian chap in a call centre telling me that he was calling from BT technical support and that I had a problem with my router and some things had stopped on it and weren't working correctly. I asked why he was calling me as I didn't have BT and he asked if I was stupid as didn't I know that BT covered the whole of the UK.
.... bored so I played along ....
I explained that I wasn't stupid but he should know if he was technical support that BT wasn't the only telephone provider in the UK. He assured me that every service provider used BT so he was correct. I asked him why was he trying to scam me. He said why should I scam you - I get paid a monthly wage. I queried again why he was calling me - He said he worked in techinical support. I replied that so did I ..... and so it went on.
Eventually he hung up telling me to have a good sleep!!!

Silent call - then it went dead.

Had a call at 04.11 hrs on 2 Oct from a 004 code to our landline. No one spoke but at that time in the morning it unnerved me. I later rang the no from my mobile, someone answered as though they had just woken up said hello and hung up!

Recieving multiple calls every other day from 004 numbers answer and turn phone off or stay on line for a few seconds can only hear breathing noise before turning phone off again. Calls are a normal thing now every day or two same thing happens

There was a delay on their end in answering - call centre-type background noise then a gruff cough from a man.  I hung up after about five seconds.

Message to all the people: this number is from Afghanistan as 004 is the afghan prefix. The rude man swearing is afghan

I got a 004 call and it was a recorded message saying my bank account had been compromised. I said press one. I didn’t I just hung up
