Phoned 6 times in last 2 days and told not to ring again.Fed up of pointless harassing phone calls.

Fed up with these calls,don`t call any more.

I get between 3 & 6 calls a day from these people. They are from abroad and are asking about any loans you will have had from any Bank or B/Soc in the past and any charges incurred. They say they can help you recover the monies.
Ask them about their charges.........they are astronomical and they want your Bank - B/Soc Account details.
What gets me is that they seem to know that in the past I had had a loan from the bank and which bank I am with.
I am going to ask my bank to explain how an overseas company can get to know so much about me and have my tel number.

been called at least 6 times in last three days ,have now left answer machine on all the time.now family have to wait for us very annoying

I have been getting calls from this number for almost three weeks. Just fed up with it. Somehow the caller does not speak if a male voice picks up. If my wife answers, she is asked questions about our phone provider, tv provider, employment, etc. The caller (with an asian accent) claims to represent consumer rights group and that it is not a marketing call! Yah right!

I have a solution-get a call-blocker. Mine was free and works great. If the calls are coming to your cellphone, you might already have one and not even know it, or it might be available from your service provider if the calls are coming to your landline. Whoever this is calling me is asian, and claims to represent a British Research company. Also claims to be able to stop nuisance calls if I answer 3 questions. They call about 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I assume using automatic dialing equipment as often there is no one on the line when answered. 1471 gives the number as 061 etc rather than 0061... but it must be 0061, which I think is Mumbai in India, as otherwise the number doesn't exist.

This number is calling my home phone every day but not leaving messages. Who the Hell are they and how do i make them stop!

They have phoned me 6 times today - when I answered the Indian man claimed her was phoning from "British Consumer" a Data Protection Company and he wanted to know how I received my television! When I asked him to explain who he was calling from he said he didn't want my credit card details so couldn't I just answer his questions.  I said that I didn't want to and he persisted with trying to persuade me so when I started talking explaining to him that I couldn't see what he needed the information for he hung up on me!!

I have categorised Call Type as survey because that was how it was represented but I didn't let him get far enough into his patter for it to be an overt sales call.

This number keeps phoning my home, my teenager daughter who is on half term break is very distressed by these calls and frightenend, please help get these calls banded

I get lots of nuisance phone calls and this looks like a new addition. Who is it? And tell them to go away!

By a cheap whistle. Answer it...see who it is...blow whistle hard. It stops them ringing back!

Just received a phone call from an asian man and told him I was registered with telephone preference service and he said that it doesn't matter and in a threatening voice insisted that I would get more calls from him.  I rang 1471 and got the number 06139 8541 201.  Something should be done about this.

Just rang the number and it isn't recognised.  Surprise, surpirse ........

Have had multiple calls at all times of day and night. Told them to stop phoning and the last one was to say they would add me to their "do not disturb" list if i answered a few questions! They asked if I was a homeowner! I asked the man why he would need to know that to add me to a blocked list! He said they were a marketing company and just needed me to answer a few questions.

I keep getting these too pito , the networks should block them imo

never talk to these , even your name don't confirm anything just put phone down on them.
