- WilliamvanBilthoven replies to Brad| 23 repliesThe scam is quite convincing...I am not an unexperienced investor and started low-level and bought some LVS stock which performed as promised; this created a certain amount of confidence in Dai-ichi. On David Lucas' advise I then moved to GHMN with gradual increase in order to participate in a transaction with high profit. From each stock purchase I received a purchase confirmation and upon my request even an overview directly from the IR department of Guizhou Mining in Hongkong. I started getting suspicious only after the promised deal was postponed several times and each time more investment was needed. In hindsight I have been completely stupid (..and probably blinded by greed) not to ask for more documentation on GHMN from the beginning, but one is never too old to learn!
The Bank details are indeed the same and it could be a starting point for prosecution.
I will continue my research and keep you posted on this forum.

I agree we should come together and try retrieving our money, but how?
I am ready and willing to cooperate with you to do this.
peter.koloc@gmail.com - PeterK replies to Brad| 2 repliesHi Brad and all,
I too have done the same. The contacts and the bank ar ethe same too. If anyone has an idea how to get our money back, I'm in.
all the best,
Peter - Mads Haa replies to PeterK| 1 replyHi.
I am from Denmark, and recognize the exact patern you describe. But I have not expirenced any loss yet.
Are you sure this is a scam? - Nick58| 3 repliesHello all, I am from Germany and also recognize the same pattern. I also invested in LVS (starting in
March 2010) and traded them for GHMN Guizo Mining. So far I spoke to Michael Benedikt, Anna Bergman, Sarah Steven, Viktor Atzos, David Lucas "Head Investor" and Tom Daniels. Would be a big group of fraudsters...
It has always sounded to good to be true...but everything has always been prompt, and the LVS shares performed as promised, that convinced me....plus the smooth talk, true, I have not received any money back, because LVS was transformed into GHMN ...
Question to all: has anybody ever got money back? To who else have you spoken...all the accents
where London English exept Mr. Atzos" sounded Greek and Mr. Benedikt sounded like Malta English...and Mrs. Bergmann perhaps Scandanavian? Anybody speak to these persons?
How long have you been dealing with Dai Itchi Securities? Any positive results?
all the best, Nick - william van Bilthoven replies to Mads HaaHi Mads Haa,
this is 100% a scam. Read all the above. Dai-ichi-securities does not exist in reality and these guys only want to extract money from investors. Try to retrieve your investment and you will see ! - Brad replies to Nick58| 2 repliesHi Nick, on those names you mentioned (which are propably false) I've been contacted only by David Lucas (+ Lisa Gregory + James Carter). I don't have any results with them due to additional investment to GHMN (by selling LVS with nice win first + investing more to the GHMN), which I refused to play along.
I was originally approached in March this year with the LVS.
I'll proceed with some investigation on GHMN, where I was adviced to fruther invest (like everyone else as well) + inform authorities in Japan + in home country, invl police + bank/authorities in Mauritius. Maybe everyone should/could do the same, in order to get his to the "next level".
I'm not sure but I think they have modified their homepage and yesterday I couldn't even find by Googling.
Best regards,
Brad - Nick58 replies to Brad| 1 replyHi Brad and all, thanks for the feedback, the Dai-ichi homepage is still operating. Here is a link to GHMN Mine http://www.guizhoumining.com.cn/corporate.php I don't know if you have seen the GHMN homepage before, but it looks like everything is operated by Dai-Ichi-securities.
Regards Nick - Brad replies to Nick58Hi Nick & thanks,
I agree - everything looks perfect. One of my employees (native Chinese) tried to call them in HongKong but couldn't get through. Also DIS's address in Tokio "shows signs" of not being occupied by them. Making a homepage is to my understanding quite easy....and that's why I'm running some further investigations.....
But of course I hope that this is not a scam - I don't want to loose my money either. Before investing anything further, I'm clarifying everything I can. My proposal is to check with your local "Financial Supervisory Authorities" - they tend to have a nice overview of certain patterns, how scam-business's operate ("too good to be true opportunity", fast decision making, prepayment etc.). To me those signs were fulfilled in my case. I contacted local financial authorities in 2 countries - in both cases I was strongly advised NOT to invest to DIS.
-Brad- - HUNTER57| 1 replyBRAD, SORRY - CANT YOU READ!?
I KNOW ABOUT 25 PEOPLE NOW WITH INVESTING IN DIS!
NOBODY HAS EARNED MONEY - EVERYBODY HAS GUIZHOU-SHITPAPERS WHICH ARE
NOT LISTED ON ANY MARKET -
AND EVERYBODY WAS PRESSED TO GIVE MORE MONEY.........
YOUR MONEY IS LOST!!!
THATS FACT!!
THEY HAVE EARNED MILLIONS - THATS ALL!
DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY DOUBLE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE ONLY 1% FEE
FOR THEMSSELF... ITS A UNREAL DREAM........
I WISH YOU THE BEST! - Brad replies to HUNTER57Hello Hunter & all,
just briefly - it's exactly of what I was referring in my comment: GHMN homepage looks perfect, but based on my intelligence - it's exactly what you also write -> shares don't exist.
The whole pattern is like from the "guide book" of how to make a fraud...done very professional way - have to admit that and have booked the money invested as "personal loss"...
Brad - Pat| 16 repliesHello to all,
I am from Belgium and went through the same story, same names, and same set-up (buy small package LVS shares and then switch them for GHMN shares for a very good deal).
They now promise money back on your account in mid/end July, but I guess that they keep on telling that to everybody, but that they just shift the date to a later date each time.
I am just wondering how they got our privat phone numbers. Anyone an idea?
By-the-way: they now look for 25000 euro to invest into GHMN, and as other people mentioned already in this forum: they look very professional and post investors messages on many different investment sites as well - even with their name into it (see Peter Marsh on some google links).
I'll be in contact with a few of you and I will keep on watching this forum for more news.
Thanks already to everyone so far for all your comments and for saving my money ;-)- Caller: Dai-Ichi-Securities
- Nick58 replies to Pat| 15 repliesHi Pat and all

Regards Nick - HUNTER57SOME OF THE CONTACTS THEY FOUND ON

ITS AN ASIAN TRADING-PLATFORM !
YESTERDAY - MR.HACKET CALLED ME AND SAID HE HAS A NEW PLAN FOR MY ACCOUNT -
BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN THE DEAL WITH GHMN(SOLD OUT) - LIKE EVERYBODY -
BUT HE NAMED ME AS THE ONLY WHICH ACCOUNT WAS NOT CLOSED...........
WHEN I SAID HIM HE HAS TO LOOK FOR GOOD INVESTMENT WITHOUT NEW PAYMENT -
HE DOES VERY BUISY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK SOME DAYS LATER........
I THINK I WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM.........
THEY HAVE MILLIONS OF OUR MONEY AND SAY TO EVERYBODY THAT THEY COULD NOT WORK WITHOUT NEW MONEY! THAT SHOWS 100 % THE FRAUD THEY DO WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS [***] [***] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Caller: DAI ICHI SECURITIES
- Pat replies to Nick58| 12 repliesYou are right Nick, I remember also such a call from an American source (their number started with a 1)
and a few weeks later, I had my first contact with Dai-Ichi-Securities.
Has anyone else been threatened, that if you don't pay for your GHMN shares (25000 euro!!!) that they are going to proceed on you?
How sure are we that they are frauds? Or how sure are we that are honest and correct?
PS: Peter Marsh invited me over to Japan to come and meet him in Tokyo for a cup of coffee ;-)
Looking forward to some replies,
Pat - kalisikaran replies to Pat| 11 repliesHello everybody,
it is a shame. I found out this forum a bit too late - as it seems. I did some reasearch some weeks ago - and found nothing strange about dai ichi securities an guizhou mining. And I investeted my money. Now I read about a lot of "victims".I should get my money back in the following week. Round about the 22.06.2010. Reading Your lines my hope is fading away... - pat replies to kalisikaran| 10 repliesHi Kalisikaran,
I'm trying to get as much as possible information and I have done plenty of research today on Dai-Ichi and that Gold mine in China, but it all looks a bit strange: both are closely connected to eachother with subject to info (see articles from David Lucas), but it all is very similar and only very recent.
Has anyone already found the info on shares from GHMN (ticker- ISIN code etc...)?
It looks like you will be the first one to receive money back (according to Dai-Ichi information).
Let us all know on this forum what happens on 22/06/2010, which is not that far away from now.
To me they said that the exit from GHMN would happen mid to end July 2010 (?)
Good luck, I would say.
Pat
