Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your money, but probably all on this forum already predicted this. This scam is totally clear now and will be probably over in a few weeks (month max), and then they can start all over again under a new name, after their holidays on Mauritius. But not with me, this time.

Thanks anyway to inform us all about their next yoke, so that we are armoured against their new scam stories.

I had a call from someone else (a new name), but I refused to take the call. I guess it is their 'lawyer' who is going to put me under some pressure to pay my money for the GHMN shares of which I received a confirmation note, but never did pay and never will pay.

If someone on this forum still has any doubts on this scam, I think he has to pay more 'learning' money.

I recommend we focus now on 2 things:
1. avoid that they receive more money from anyone in this world
2. a way to get our money back

Any suggestions are very welcome. If we can ever get physically hold of them, I'm happy to help the hitman ;-)

Hi I am schocked and happy as well, because all the storys above are true. I live in Germany was contacted in Feb. I talked to David Lucas etc. and after putting money into LVS I put all into the GHMN and should have put twice as much into it tomorrow to get the total profit.  
I started with a small but for myself big enough amount and now I am ripped. Oh [***].

I would be very greatful if there is a way to get the money back, but I doubt it is impossible.

If anyone can help let me know.

Hi to all victims,
sad to hear from kalisikaran that it came the way we expected it.
I was at my lawyer on Monday and he gave me the same advice that was written here and I allready said to Peter Marsh. NO MORE MONEY FOR YOU. I mailed kindly for selling my Stock and transfering the money back to my account. I guess there is a bigger chance for me to invent the warp drive than to see my money again.
Lucky for me that I didn´t start in February when the first called. Otherwise without any bad comments on the net I also would have invested more.
Beeing suspicious has its positives sides and so I found this forum and quit business with DIS end of last week. A business I should never started at the beginning. But hey, it sounded good and looked good for the first 3 Month. Ok. Back to work and trying to make little money with big effort.
Hope the whole bunch will be hit by lightning when [***] (beim [***] vom Blitz getroffen) Dont know the english version of this curse.
But if anybody gets a hold of them to sue the [***] out of them I will assist in any way I can.

I´m from Germany, just have found your messages. I have the same story. At. 08.02. Alex Golanski Bsc.Hons. Senior Portfolio Advisor called me and sold me for 10.000 Euro LVS Shares. 1 Share 14.00 USD
12.03.2010 David Lucas offered me to change my LVS Shares to GHMN the deal was the following:
We sell the LVS Shares with 28 USD/share with an exchange rate 1.37  
We will acquire 20.588 shares fo GHMN at 1 Euro per share. In addition to this I have to buy  9.412 GHMN shares with 1 Euro / share. + Commission = 9.506,12 Euro.
Actually I´m owner of 30.000 Shares. David Lucas sent me an e-mail with the following text:
We would then be required to honld on to the stock for a maximum of 60 days at which point we would then exit the market at the fixed price of 1.50 Euro / share, generating for your account = 45.000 € less the 1% commission we charge for the sale fo equities. This money would then be transfered to an account of your choice as long as it is in your name. I´m sure this covers all aspects of the transaction an I look forward to speaking to you shortly. At 03.06.2010 Peter Marsh contacted me. He told me that he have found a Bank who will buy all the GHMN shares with a price of 3.25  Euro per share. But this bank will only buy 50.000 shares per block.
So I have to buy 20.000 shares more incl. commission = 20.200 Euro.
I´m agree with it till just I´ve found your goup. On the 29.06.2010 I sholuld pay the 20.200 Euro to increase my GHMN shares to 50.000 pcs.
I´ve asked Peter Marsh to find another investor who have to sell 20.000 shares so we could combininate our shares to 50.000 pcs. But Peter Marsch told me, it is not possible there are no other peoples who can do that.
Peter Marsh promised me the following details by e-mail of the cash out:
- 50.000 shares  of GHMN @ 3.25 Euro will give total cash out of 160.865 Euro, which is inclusive of our commission charge, which will be returend to your account within 14 days of clearance of funds.
- Now after reading all your comments I will not sent this 20.200 Euro - I´ll stop the payment.
Thank you all - for saving 20.200 Euro.

That´s the best thing You can do at the moment.
Try to ask him again to find a "partner" for You; because You are the end of Your financial options now. A good broker should be able to find a partner. And by the way - that is the strategy he got me hooked. I didn´t want to invest too much money. But fortunalely there was an other shareholder who was looking for an other investor ...
Try to keep in touch with the dai ichi gangsters (without investing more money!) at the end they have to give You a solution ... You are a customer ...
I think it´s worth an experiment.

Got a call from Peter Marsh today, he called to raise the pressure on me to absolutely make sure I transfer the "final amount of money" by end of the month, "otherwise I would be out" and if I can't I should better let him know right away.  If I send the money, "everything is going to be fine "(of course) and the buyer is just waiting to finally release the cash out for me. Peter is already looking forward to present another great opportunity for me, when this one is over and successfully completed in my favour. What comes next? Will he stop contacting me as soon as I tell him I can't invest more money? I a going to ask him to to sell my shares to another client... but I already know that's all in vaine.

I have received several of these "confirmations". That's a standard format. These [***] don't even make the effort to individualize the letter, but why should they?. They just fill in the numbers that fit your case, or in better words, where you are in the series of steps they go though with you.

The next step after you've made the 50,000 is the story about another client with 600,000 (!) shares who "dropped out" and the remaining clients who are still in the deal have to take over his shares, otherwise this mysterious  secret buyer could stop the deal entirely. So here is asking for another 25,000 worthless shares of GHMN. If you can't invest another 25,000 Peter finds two other clients after trying "very hard", just for you, who are willing to take over half of your "fair" share of 25,000. So you'll end up with 62000 or 63000 GHMN, only to find out 2 weeks later that this splitting of accounts was not acceptable to the buyer, and you really have to go for the total of 75,000, "sorry, otherwise you are out",.... and, so on,...  does this sound familiar to others here?

It looks like their strategy is the following:
- start with a traceable (on the official stockmarket) LVS share which you can buy at an interesting price (sum of +/- 5000 €) compared to the price of that day.
- Then wait to contact you again until the LVS shares becomes a bit more profitable to you (after a good increase on the real market).
- At that moment they contact you again with a very interesting switch deal from LVS to GHMN (sales price from LVS much higher than market value on that day) and as such they play on your 'greed', as they already have your confidence. The amount of money goes up to a next level of approx 25000 €.
- Once you have paid this, they have nailed you down (you invested too much to quit and you proved to them that you are greedy) and they start to get the maximum out of you by coming up with new deals (the 3,25 € deal for GHMN shares), strange stories of banks or trustfunds, and they increase the pressure a bit on you, and based on my own experiences: they become very unfriendly to you and no longer treat you as 'there preferred customer'.
- If you want to step out/refuse to pay, they treath you with trying to sue you, and if you are weak and pay, they will probably find a new story, and delay the exit date again (until they stop this scam).

Looking back on it, it sounds a very logical story for a scam.
No one can find any trace of these, so called GHMN shares, banks or investor funds are not named and remain secret, money has to be transferred to exotic banks, with no trace other than their (fictive) order confirmation number, exit dates are changing always, allthough they state that 'deals' are fixed, etc...
Digging into this LVS share, shows me that volumes on this share were always 'low' over the last 10 years, until October 2008, where they suddenly went up to 'high' volumes. Strange?
The address from DIS is even in the same building, as where tens of other 'black listed' companies are registered....
and most important thing so far: on one has been payed out (not for LVS shares or any GHMN shares)

I do hope that this blog is (and will) save much more money for innocent victims in the future, so keep the stories coming, and it's the only place where we can 'talk' to eachother.

I've been contacted today (similar way as with Dai-Ichi last time) by company called JSM Financials (+12102808094) - Mr. Tony Johnson - this time blue chip of interest is Del Monte Foods Co (ticker DLM) - potential target within 2 years 24 $ (today 14.87 $)
They will contact me again when big investors give the remainders to small investors (as I am).
Where did we hear that story ;-)

I reported my case to the local police today, but they did not give me a lot of hope. International investigations are slow. By the time they start investigations, if ever, these criminals are gone and have already founded another scam company, somewhere else. Maybe they keep operating from the same yacht somewhere in the carreabian sea or elsewhere, who knows.

Ich habe über Dai-ichti-Securities in LVS  investiert. Hatte erst mit Martin Anderson, dann mit David Lucas und jetzt mit Jason Hackett zu tun.
Am 16.02.2010 wurden meine Shares von LVS zu GHMN übertragen mit Gewinn.
Dann erzählte man mir, das die Mine übernommen werden sollte und alle Share Houlders ausgezahlt würden. Es wären noch Kontrakte frei die zu 1 Euro eingekauft und mit 3,50  übernommen werden sollten.
Es sollten aber nur eine begrenzte Zahl von Investoren ausgezahlt werden. usw...
Wer kann mir weiterhelfen, den ich möchten diese Kerle nicht damit durchkommen lassen..

I just found this forum (too late), and I am in the same situation.
LVS first, by Sylvia Thorn, end 2009.
Then GHMN by David Lucas, and now by Peter Marsh.

He again called me last Thursday to ask for another "security bonding" transfer !?

I am now sure this is scam, unfortunately.
I wish to join any group that will do cooperative action against this scam.

Please let me know what I should do to help international research.

I could find Dai-Ichi Securities in Japan on the Internet. Is it fake ?
