Be aware , another boiler room - ScamCatcher| 10 repliesHello everybody.
These are no doubt boiler room scams.
I have made a documentary which is on YouTube called Wham Bam Thank You Scam. It's about my story, how I was scammed and how I traced the culprits to Thailand and then went and knocked on their door.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HbvY1ZDhwg
My story explains exactly how these people operate and how to watch out for their tactics.
You can contact me at whamscam@yahoo.com Let's put a stop to these people! - ANA replies to ScamCatcher| 2 repliesThank you, I watched your movie!
But what we learn about ?
Like this we will not get back our monies.
The accountkeepers are just the stupids one, at the end of the fraud chain. - ScamCatcher replies to ANA| 1 replyIt may not help get our money back - but it may help warn others.
- Patrick replies to ScamCatcherThanks for the movie and sorry for what happened to you. Soon you'll get justice..
- Patrick replies to teutonsHows you guys been! Send you an email soon!!!!
- Nick58 replies to ScamCatcher| 6 repliesGreat Movie, same story happend to me, luckly less money, still hurts...a big dent, but a great lesson learnt! The fraudsters involved where british spoken. If it is to good to be true...it's not!
My story in March 2010
"Hello all, I am from Germany and also recognize the same pattern. I also invested in LVS (starting in
March 2010) and traded them for GHMN Guizo Mining. So far I spoke to Michael Benedikt, Anna Bergman, Sarah Steven, Viktor Atzos, David Lucas "Head Investor" and Tom Daniels. Would be a big group of fraudsters...
It has always sounded to good to be true...but everything has always been prompt, and the LVS shares performed as promised, that convinced me....plus the smooth talk, true, I have not received any money back, because LVS was transformed into GHMN ...
Question to all: has anybody ever got money back? To who else have you spoken...all the accents
where London English exept Mr. Atzos" sounded Greek and Mr. Benedikt sounded like Malta English...and Mrs. Bergmann perhaps Scandanavian? Anybody speak to these persons?
How long have you been dealing with Dai Itchi Securities? Any positive results?"
Regards Nick - ANA replies to Nick58| 4 repliesHi Nick,
fine to read something about Dai-Ichi.
To which acoounts did you pay :
AZG, IFS, HSF,Gatebe, Bluemark,...?
regards
ANA - Nick58 replies to ANA| 3 repliesHi ANA, just dug out the old papers, I paid to the HSF Holdings c/o Standard Bank in Mauritius. That was for LVS (Feb 2010) and later (May 2010, last payment) GHMN Shares. To complete the above mentioned list... after Peter March (July 2010) failed to convince me, to buy packages of 50000 Euros stock in Guizhou Mining, two other guys phoned me... Mr. William Sabb (August 2010) and he had a big french accent and was'nt very convincing , and Mr. Koisim (Sept. 2010) ..can't really remember his accent, but definitly not British, maybe Polish? (reading other posts it must have been Mr. Jacek Kosim, his accent was described as Indian English) , I told them that I would not invest one cent more, before they return any profit!
Never heard anything any more, ...its a big group of fraudsters...I guess it's like a franchise because all the homepages and fax forms look exactly the same.
regards Nick58 - Patrick replies to Nick58| 2 repliesYes. Your right it a big franchise of fraudsters.... They just changing company name to introduce to you. If your name is in thier date base. They will squeeze the last drop of penny on your bank account... Don't believe anything they will say to you. Anyone who calls you to ask for more money. Or pretend they will recover your investment if you transfer them processing fees. Dont give them any.. They belongs to the same group. They call that tactic " SLAPPING" in boilerrooms world..
- Nick58 replies to Patrick| 1 replyHi Patrick, thanks for the information. I learnt a lot in 2010. I received a couple of calls
from other similar investment fraudsters asking to buy shares etc. I always tell them to F*** O**, I will never do business over the phone anymore...lesson well learnt. Nobody has approached me so far, to try to recover my investment, thanks for the warning, I will give them them the same answer as above. PS: I have recovered most of my losses by buying LVS shares directly …At least that tip from Dai-ichi wasn’t so bad!
Cheers Nick58 - Pete replies to Nick58somebody invested in these shares :
