recieved the same call today ca. 12., im from norway and have a telenor mobil as well.
what does it means that this is a "satellite connection" ??

same as me, got the call today at 12.12. But never called back, so I guess its okay. Though, were a bit suspicious all along, the countycode +88.....isnt a normal call to me:D

im affraid its not that easy. we just received the phone bill of the home phone and something was strange with it. its writing that i had 3 "82 calls" and it costed more than 1OOO NOK

I just called telenor, so hey are aware of it. The guy i told it to said there were going to put a warning out on their webpage tomorrow.
Have you who got a bill from telenor talked to them.....what did they say?

yeah, i talked to them, it was something else. But they solved it now with the bill.

I have a prepaid card so I fortunately dont expect a crazy bill :)

Got a fake call from this number, but wonder why. It seems more people get calls from this number. Today wednesday 20th of August 17:01. Region Veghel Netherlands.

Also received a call from this exact number. I live in Den Bosch in Holland but have recently visited Italy. Didn't pick up or return the call so I there should be no surprises. I wonder how they get your number...

I spoke to my provider "telfort" about it today and they are aware of the +88 numbers calling people. Only they can't do anything about it they told me.

+88 213213340 has calle danish numbers frequently and is said to be a part of the well known Nigerian Scam complot.
Do not call answer the phone, do not call back.
