had just a missed phonecall from 0088213213340

So I noticed, I did not give anyone my phonenumber. I did make some phone calls amd I used my phone number on the booking forms in Italy and Switserland. There are also many complaints from that country....

I have been called some minutes ago 21:30, 16.08.2008. Did answer the phone but no one was there. I call with Vodafone

I've made a complaint at the OPTA and at Telfort. I hope it helps. Other, fake numbers have been called in the past, and I read some people paid about 25 euro's a minute (in 2007).

If it doesnt work, im going to the police.

This number called me as well at 14.th of August, it's a satellite number very expensive for connections...
Besides this I think it's a respond from scammers from Africa, Russia and other places I guess, rather to delete ur memory on cell by virus beside a high rate for call...
Maybe the only way to avoid this problem is, take ur SIM card immediately out so you disconnect it at once, don't give ur number to unknown people especially not to ppl from Africa who mostly use a US or UK profile ad pictures, saying they are mixed race...., who try any way to get money from u, if not by internet, romance, business and other scam, even by this way....
Don't trust ppl which u don't know, they have all kind of ways to lie, to get all out of you!! Be aware from scammers, 419, called Sakoa (Masters) which uses u as a slave (Mugu) so called in Ghana in there language Twi (Tchi)
They just come in touch with you, to get money out of you, with all kind of stories, I'm ur live partner, I love u, bla blas, like mom is in hospital, I need pills for malaria, I have a gold or inheritance transfer and need a beneficiary... and so on, endless stories.....Don't believe it, all lies!!!! They are perfect organized and damaged a lot of people's lives till they lost houses, land money all...just get bankrupt!!!
So never give ur ID nor number to people you don't know...

I've been called also by this number, i'd call back but got the comment 'not allowed' so maybe (and also my hope) my provider blocked these kinds of calls. I'me from holland. Hope they nail these [***] :)

I'd like to know the identity of the person, who tried to call me on my mobile.

I'm in Holland and this nr. called me today, missed call. But if it's an expensive nr. when u call back taking credit from ur account, who's calling? who's gaining from this?

I am from Switzerland. This number called me today. Fortunately I had only 1 chf on my account so I was unable to call back.

I was called by this nr. a few minutes ago. Answered and than the other side hang up. I`m from Switzerland / Provider is Orange. I immediatly turnt out my phone and did`t call back. Hope everything will be fine...

Diese Nummer ist von Emsat international und man wird angerufen und sobald man abnimmt ist niemand an der Leitung. Daraufhin rufen viel (ich auch) zurück mit dem Resultat das auf meiner Rechnung mich 25 Sekunden ca. 2,00 € gekostet haben.
Auf keinem Fall zurückrufen es ist eine Abzocke.

This number seems to be registered at www.eutelsat.com.
I just sent them an email some minutes ago.
I suggest every one else to complain as well.

Hat mich heute um 14:21 angerufen (SUI)

Ich habe heute auch einen Anruf mit dieser Nummer erhalten. Da ich diese aber nicht kannte, habe ich den Anrufer abgehängt. Insgesammt hat es 3 mal geklingelt. Alle um ca. 13.20. Auf anfrage bei der Auskunf erhielt ich die Antwort, dass 0088 die Vorwahl von Bangladesch ist. Seit vorsichtig und ruft nicht zurück. Bin aus der Schweiz

0088213213340 called me to and pick up when i answer, so i think they don't havce naything to do :D I'm from Switzerland too, so mybe now they are breaking the ball at swiss people
