its not from a phone... someone is using yahoo chat or messenger or aol to send a message to the phone.. the number your seeing is not in reference to a phone number, its a chat or email service, proably yahoo

the 0092466501 number is from yahoo messenger. it's on my bill all the time, because my boyfriend texts me from his computer a lot. if you want to know who it is, just look and see who's on their yahoo messenger contacts list. they obviously gave out their number, but i'm beyond positive it's from yahoo.

These are from a yahoo account - SMS texting a phone.  These show up on my phone when me and my girlfriend are yacking (her from her computer/yahoo account-me on my phone).  It's SMS texting from YAHOO account.

Women it could be your husbands/boyfriends getting around things showing up on cell phones.  My husband did that.  That way it doesn't look like they are texting.  They just do it from their laptops and SMS the other chick.

You people crack me up.  Its just SPAM like anything else.  I dont even have a yahoo account, and I just started getting them today.  They're just mining cell phone numbers or generating them randomly and probably sending these to thousands of phones.  Just ignore it silly people.

Every Girlfriend/Wife who is flipping out about "their husband/boyfriend cheating" and talking about going out on their marriages... gimme a break! This is SPAM and FAKE. It is happening to me (19 year old college student who doesn't use YIM), you, women, men, singles, daters, married individuals.... It's not worth breaking a bond you vowed your life to or the person you made it to! Geez...

my mother is caught up in an internet scam with this #. its part of an elaborate scheme to steal money from lonely widows or anyone for that matter...they utilize dating sites,e-mails to make contact,then once you start sending them $..it never stops taking advantage of people..this # is a one way text msg that is generated from a yahoo messeger account...i wish i could help my mother and find a way to stop it!!!!

My fiancee friend started getting these numbers on her phone messages to and for her number and this number . Then my fiancee started to get distant and eventually decided to kick me out of her life. Beware of this number in your messages .

This number has just appeared on my boyfriends phone within the last couple of days.  There are text messages to and from this number.  I have ready many things about what this might be here on this website..  Does anyone really know what it is?  I've contacted Verizon and they can't figure out what it is but I can block it.  Before I block it I'd really like to know what it is.  Please help.

I am on Match.com and I have chatted with two women and their number pops up as this unless I haven't deleted a message and then it come up as 924-665-02, it is a sequencing for a yahoo text messaging system.  For those of you who have lost someone it is cause they were looking for something else.

We were contacted by 92466501 by text after looking for a puppy online. The person said their name was Jesse and was shipping us a dog for 290 dollars. This guy would never call, only text and became very pushy! This is a major scam!

I got txt from a 'woman' from this number who saw me on a dating site and she txt's really broken english.  I gave her my cell number, stupid me.  So from what I am reading this sounds like a scam?   I figured as much.  The girls description on the dating site didn't match the photos.  I can tell a 36D from and A in a bikini top.  Learned a valuable lesson.  She said she was single and 33, but the pics look like a 20 year old.

Steve is right, this seems like a ploy to get someone to join a dating/cheating website, like AFF.  I fell for it and I'm single. Thought it was odd, but was playing along waiting to find out the end of the story.  Still haven't.
