I am receiving texts from this number from a person who claims he is with the US Army.  

He will tell you he is special ops and his name is Steven Rogers, he is a scammer, don't fall for it

I have been widowed 2 years this past June, I joined OurTime.com. I met someone Glenn Brad Bogan (June 17) who wanted to take our conversations to e-mail, phone and later a chat room. He stated that he was traveling to Ukraine for work - he is a "contractor with oil firms".  Up to this point I was enjoying the company, he made me feel alive again. But while he said he was overseas, he began to ask for money, first he was short with cash for a return flight back to US. August 7, I sent $2000 to his "daughter" Joannne Bogan who forwarded to him. Then his "cousin" Joanne Foreman called me and said that he was having machine mechanical problems and he needed  $35,000. She would be sending $18K and requested that I send $17K.  He also sent me a chat message and phone call (from international phone # 924-665-01) requesting the "loan".  I told him that I was not wealthy and did not have that kind of cash. He replied - YOU DO AND YOU KNOW THAT I KNOW YOU DO.  He was monitoring me and my accounts on my computer.  He asked if I was at home and I said no - I wanted the conversation to end, but he said I know that you are, I can see you.  He said that he was flying back from Ukraine Aug 16 to see me. I told him to go home, that he only wanted me for money.  During this time, he was very possessive, where are you, where are you going, when will you be home, who are you with and warning me not to listen to "others"?  Now he says that he has nude photos of me online, that should be put on Facebook and he  repeatedly said, I don't want to hurt you.  I had all my accounts, passwords changed. I took copies of chats (I did print out) to my bank, a Federal bank who says that this is extortion.  I discussed with  my lawyer who referred me to an SBI agent who says there is no one with that name in his given state Pennsylvania or that traveled in or out of the country the past 30 days.. He did link his IP computer to a PA address, but to get the name, he has to have a court order. Looks like the trio have been using this #924-665-01 since at least 2008 to scam both women and men.

Message continued from 4 hrs. ago. Glenn Brad Bogan called me from 924-665-01 - said he was contracting a job in the Ukraine. (see prior message). Before that he was calling from 717-459-4737 and 717-547-0385. Joanne Bogan "daughter" called me from 717-746-7393 and a "cousin" Jo or Joanne Foreman called me from 717-644-3183. All three called to ask for money to get his job finished and a return flight home to US. Total requested nearly  20k.  After the first $2000, I knew it was a scam, sorry I was not smarter sooner. He was to repay me upon return to US August 16, 2014.
