They claim that they call from 'The Microsoft Departm.', and say that your comp. is at risk, and they are there to help you. And then they want you to install some programmes, so after they can take control over your comp.Then, they can just do whatever they want on your comp.-open files, checking all they want etc. You just see on a desktop the movement of a mouse- which you dont even touch yourself. They do it. They install some programms. And all is supposed to be gratis. After 2 hours they claim that you have to pay little bit and then your caomp. will be procected for next 7 years. If they go so far, then even if you know already that they are hackers, it is too late to do whatever and you want to follow they requirements- just to end all thet. They open www.Western Union and say that yoy will pay only for ex. 15 EUR. Then it is very strange as they minimalize the site all the time and write what they want. They changed amount from 15 EUR to 100 EUR. I was lucky, I noticed that. I wanted to swith off the comp, but when I directed my mouse on the switch off ikone, they were 'pushing me away'! I removed the battery then. I had to install all the system from the begining and change all passwords. And of course I blocked my credit card. ALready after a short time I knew there was sth wrong with all that situation, but from the time they took control over my comp, I was afraid that they can send sth. and my computer would crash witch all my important stuff
