It is JTM, I had a similar phone call.  I thought something was up when they didn't explain themselves very well and they emailed me from a career@jtm email.  it's rare to see an email labeled careers, because, well if they have a person and email for careers they must be constantly recruiting or need a seperate account for it. I looked into it, found this website, and also they have a crappy webpage that I could put together in about ten minuets.  If they are a real company I definitely wouldn't want to work for them, their poorly managed and don't stand out or provide any services.

Also another tell tell sign is they mentioned the 'managing director' a lot.  Now I've been employed for over ten years and I never hear the words, 'I've just spoken to the managing director, and he likes your CV' ever before.

I had an interview today at 3pm, obviously I didn't turn up, but wanted to go and check them out.  However, Jade, emailed me and said, even without asking any questions, 'things like this happen all the time, no problem we can arrange a new interview at a new time, all the other applicants have moved on into further stages of their induction'.  

I emailed back explaining I knew it to be a waste of time, she called me, and said what are you talking about, 'I said I think you know and I've looked into you guy' and she hung up the phone.

Plus AcGenerations phoned me and invited me to an interview, at the same address!

if were all wrong and I've lost out on the chance of an okish to decent job, then, I don't want to work for someone with a crap, cheap and lifeless website.

i have been working for JTM, and it is awful they are brainwashing teenagers who are desperate for a job.
Josh Peace threatened to 'Kick the sh*t' out of a girl for not making him enough sales, this girl is now terrified of going to work and doesn't know who to trust, i made a lot of sales in my first week and because my ID wasn't active someone else is getting paid for them. I'm quitting tomorrow but does anyone know if going to the press or going to the police will help?

Yeah Lee2 you got the job in November 2009 on a course which you get to management in 6-10 months and where are you now? Would you like to tell the lady's and gentlemen? No? Ok, so you are going to run your very own business? My god man, have you seen the state of what is written above? Look I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but, I worked for Cobra. I can tell you that I too was sold the dream! but  one day just like me,it will hit you, the realisation that everything around you is false and you find yourself lying to your team and new recruits about how much you're really earning to keep them hungry for the false opportunity ahead!

Looking back, yeah I had fun but I wasted my time when I could of been building and carving a career in a REAL business.

Look it's obvious why they invented this "Management Programme". It cost business thousands through Tax and national insurance contributions every month, not forgeting holidays, maternity leave, you name it! they have to pay none of it if you're only on commission!

IF THEY REALLY VALUED YOU, THEY WOULD OFFER YOU A SALARY, HEATHCARE, PENSION, BONUSES, YOUR TRAVELLING EXPENSES WOULD BE PAID! THEY WOULD OFFER YOU A REAL TANGEBLE REASON TO STAY LONG TERM, IF THEY REALLY VALUED YOU, IF IT WAS A REAL BUSINESS.

i work for this so called SCAM company and they are far from it!! people slagging off Josh Peace and Matt Goodchild?!?! do you know them?!?! lots of people are just scared of the hard work they have to put in to get the results!! you come and do the job and then slag it off you tits!!

I applied for a job with JTM online at Totaljobs.co.uk and I got a phone call almost straight afte r I had applied at first I was really excited. They offered me a interview the following day. I went to colchesterr where there small scruffy unproffesional office was and had an so called interview!! I was not asked if I had any relevent skills or qu"ifications and was given the job straight away! I thought this was really odd! When I asked what the position I would be doing actually was the interveiwer Nick was reluctant to tell me or give me any furether info about the company howevere he continued to avoid the question with ridiculous promises about how I could go from a entry level position earning 2oo to 300 pond a weeek to a grand a week! The following day I was dooor to door selling and started at twelve thirty and didn't get back till ten pm I thought oh maybe things were just a bit pressurised and thinngs will be back to the normal hours 11 till eight the next day when I called the company their phone line was unobtainable and thEy had changed their number!

thank you so much for everyone who wrote this.. i had a second interview tomorrow with them.. sceptical from the first time i spoke to them.. first of all they emailed me sayin i shud fone them for my interview but they rang before i could even think about it. talk about desperate? then the woman i spoke to 'natasha' sounded too friendly almost a bit fake. the interview with Leo who im surprised no one has mentioned was just him talking super fast with me trying to keep up. he answered none of my questions all i knew was about the company and how u could progress so quickly. saying they hire and promote so much because it was an expanding company.. but its obvious that they jst make money out of those who quit after a few sales (as they didn't pay my friend for her 9 sales cos she quit). spoke to my other friend who had jst got the job.. she tod me that she felt pressured as 'Todd' had told her that 'JOSH PIERCE' HAD INVESTED 50,000 ON HER!!!! basicly telling her you cant quit! ... she also said that everytime she would ask a question raising a concern TODD would answer it then straight away talk about how much money you'd make in six months time. BRAINWASH MUCH ??

Another one is Zee Solutions of Sheffield,were very vague on job position in interview and when I got the job I was told it was £250 a week take home but this was commission only.I was also told I'd be a manager in 8months it seems everyone there was a manager. Long hours 11-9 so I never went back

I had a similar experience to the last poster. I applied for a job from a link from a mate which I initially thought was upselling breweries - bar work - it was really poorly written. I read into their context; looked up their website; all legitimate. I arranged with the nice Receptionist on the phone whom asked for me to come into an interview the following day. This was quick yes. I was not surprised as I am a business professional with real working experience.

They didn't cater a few things. One I know how job interviews work. Two I know how offices should work. Three I can hear a long radius of sound and was placed far too close to their reception. I walked in in my smart attire. Said pleasantries; aplogised for being late and was asked to fill in a document. This document has no small script or anything just a vague history. It wasn't up to usual poor-agency standard it was sub that. It was a very brief document.

I filled it in in three minutes' flat. I looked around the room. About six people in total for interviews. Mostly smart; some scruffy, mostly teenagers; a a couple mid-twenties. I am nearly 30. I felt incredibly old. I was beckoned by this mid 20's person from the office and conduced a weird and fast interview.

He wrote on a document about being here to 'E'. 'E' means 'Expert'. I didn't understand why but went ahead. I then gave him exactly the same style of speech in return in relation to my own experience. NOT ONCE did he say what they do; whom they are, how they operate, what they sell, how they work, nothing was mentioned regarding salary etc, no time for post-interview questions! My interviews are normally 40 minutes long. This was 5.

I was at the top of the pile of the list. I left. I have no idea what exactly JTM - Solutions in Colchester is or what it does. The office was basic and streamlined. TVs were there but all were off. He has a desk top with no applications running; a digital picture frame and a tv. Which is off. It was all very very odd.

I listened in on the Recepitonist and could hear her say congratulations you have been successful come in on our opening day on this date. This is very odd. What was odder was this happened three times in rapid succession before I went in. I was told by Mr X that I would be contacted only at 5 on Monday if I was successful. This can't be right. I am convinced this is a sales' ponzi-scheme getting kids in on cheap; asking them to door-to-door whilst getting older people to do business-to-business on phones. I am really shocked at what I experienced. It was not professional . This was 1st December 2011. Thanks so much for the posts as I can now report a rogue company and have them scrutinised.

I've complained to Trading Standards on JTM Solutions. Hopefully they will sort this out as it is a huge con and needs to be audited. If they don't do anything then there is no hope for any of us and the scams will continue. I encourage everyone else who's dealt with these companies to contact Trading Standards and complain about their experiences. i don't think people should be conned like this. If the Government's working law employment contracts set up is so bad that loop-holes like this are encouraged then I am ashamed and disgusted to call myself British.

Facts of company.
- people who start will work 11am till 9pm
- sign an ISA agreement stating that your hold a self employed position.
- 3 days of training on how to pitch someone ( unpaid )
- door to door sales here on till completion of training programme. 100% commission pay only
- sales generated are paid 2 weeks after only of customers don't cancel which is out of your control
- hours shift to 9.30am till 10.30pm to teach and train
- 6 days a week totalling over 100+ hours for between £150 - 400 in commission sales
- business trips away that you pay for that last a week. Ie D2D in a different area

Do all this and you still have a soul by the end then you are ready to 5 step the rest and state, well if I could do it so can you!  "Joshua peace"

But personally, these MLM F2F companies have been investigated by ASA and watchdog but they can't be shut down as they float just above the legal line but fail massively on the moral ethics.
