Has anybody heard of or worked for spynx solutions because I had an interview today and it did seem to good to be true. Also Thank you for warning me about TPR enterprise I was about to drive to colchester for an interview tommorow.

when applying for the job i did not know what the job entailed, an online advertisment that did not detail the jobs criteria,never the less the same morning i was called by the receptionist from the london office who sounded very eager and impressed by my c.v ,and wished to bring me in for a "first round interview"
on arrival i sat in a waiting room with another few who were waiting to be interviewed,i saw two or three people looking very smart in suits walk through the waiting room ,so my initial thoughts were a this job was goin to be quite a profetional buisness still at this point with no clue of what the job entailed,then  i was brought through for my interview to begin, i was asked questions such as what did i want out of a career?do i think i put in 100% into whatever i do ,i was told that there was alot of competition for this job and only the best would be given the job,i was then asked if i had any questions < i asked what would i be doing and what would the salary be i was then told only if i was a chosen candidate would i find out what i would be doin and salary! i was told that they were looking for buisness partners any way after a few minutes of aragant talk i was told " ive decided i will give you a shot at this "OPPORTUNITY" they dont like to call it a job

-next i was brought in for the "OBSERVATION INTERVIEW"
Where i met the leader a guy in a suit that was goin to take me out

-he walked me out of the building no words spoken till we got outside then he said" today i will be assesing you on your "student mentality" and showing you how to generate basic sales how to earn up to £500 a week theni will be giving a recomendation " (and even still at this point i did not have any understanding of what the job was)

after a day of knocking doors but being told the whole day that the job was not just knocking doors and it was a training programe for 6 to 10 months and at the end of the programe i would have my own office and that there was no limit if i wanted to open in hawwai or mexico i could ,names such as joshua peace and kristoff were thrown around as if they were gods !

so after the day of everything this job sounded great
it wasnt just knocking doors -
i would go on national buisness trips
i would be building a crew
chances of promotion
and would own my own buisness in 6 to 10 months

during the day i was told about law of averages
-8 steps to succses
-five steps to a conversation

when we got back i was told to fill in questionaire and suprise all these questions were on there
at his point it was around 10:30
i was then taken in for the iterview and given the job and told to start the following day

after working at this company for several months and now realising a certain element of brainwashing is involved
-start 9.30
-you get to the office and wait for the leaders to fnish there talk in atmosphere
-then you go in for atmosphere
-loud music is played
-you are told to repeat your pitch " pitch practice" sometimes a circle of people pitching over the top of the others until they mess there pitch up
-then impacts on various things such as close 1 and close 2 what?why and how is asked (the same thing was repeated every single day i was there ,at first i thought it was for my benefit because i was new along with other new starts but realized not after 128 days of writting the same thing everyday in a note pad)
-no leaning ,no phones or toilet use if caught you would have to do a forfeit such as press ups
-then you get told who you work with for the day
-watch motivational videos and speaches (boiler room,will smith,kenny the salesman and obama
-then noise is called out -a list of everyones figures of sales
-then everyone in the room repeats chants before being told to leave and ring the bell
-you knock doors for 7-8 hours
-go back to the office to settle up
-wait around for hours then asked how many people you spoke to houses you got in and finaly how many sale
-then told it was your fault if you didnt get enough because the law of averages work and it was your pitch pace attitude
-no matter what your figure is they tell you to work on either pitch pace attitude

your told to "copy and paste " the high rollers
work the system
follow the eight steps if you drop one it all falls apart
and everything u do is your fault  they make you beleive you didnt work hard enough wich i beleived i didnt at first until i realised it wasnt me not woring it was the system that was drilled into u to beleive worked and at first i beleived it di and thought that others in the busness telling me it didnt were wrong but they were right


after all this i was employed by another company few months later working underneath the per dm umbrella and to my suprise it was exactly the same they said exactly the same things used the same terminology promised me the same promises of a company within 6 to 10 months and everything run exactly the same after the first day i wlked away from the second buisnes thats why i know its a scam everything is secretive untill you get to the top then you the one who holds the secret and scams the rest of the people

only the person with no conciense will get to the top but i saw people leave university and good jobs from false promises and hopes
everyone makes their own decisions but some people will be led to the wrong one

I just had a phone call about this! Company called G10 global,  i applied literally 1 hour before my phone rang!!
it was a woman asking me where i se myself in 5 years? and if i could come along to an interview at 10am tomorrow!! and that i could potentially be a manager and run my own team and that i would be put onto a management training scheme right away. ALL sound too familiar and dodgy how quick they got back to me and for an informal interview. looks like ill not be going tomorrow!!!

Reading these messages makes me laugh. I think all the people that worked at the Colchester Office were really nice and friendly. Josh peace is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met that made me feel great about myself. Yes he may appear a bit cocky and jack the ladish but he's young got no commitments (apart from his family which he would do anything for) and he would never hurt a girl which has been stated here. Working at JTM was a great experience and I really enjoyed it. Door to door just wasnt for me.
Don't disrespect the people that work there if you don't like the job, it's just immature and pathetic.....I think there genius making that much money from such a simple business idea.

The latest scam name is 'Cascade', based in Plymouth.

After sending my CV to them online, happy clappy receptionist rang me up saying the 'MD' was impressed and wants to interview me.

Office is unprofessional, there was a small cardboard sign leaning on the window, interior looked cheap and shabby, it looked as if it had just been set up and was ready to abandon. The receptionist was also 'pregnant', I feel sorry for that poor child having to grow up with a scamming witch of a mother like that. Im also pretty sure set-ups were there, some extremely arrogant chap walked in with a smile on his face and was joking with the receptionist about her handing him a clipboard.

After waiting about 20 minutes after the time scehduled for my interview some overweight tool called 'Will Higgs' interviewed me for about ten minutes, explaining they make £60 million a year, work with Sky and TalkTalk, can fit 30 years of training into 12 months bla bla bla.

The experience was pretty horrific and weird, although I was surprised when I was called back for a second interview,, which I certainly will NOT be attending. If I see this bloke again I think I might actually sock him one. Complete and utter scum.


**Major Scam** people, beware. They will bleed your dry of hardwork and then exploit your efficiency.

Similiar BAD Experience with a company in Glasgow ,trading as G10 GLASGOW , G10 LTD AND G10 INTERNATIONAL LTD 21 Blythswood square , Glasgow.   I just have a bad feeling about this and the company could be connected with to least 10 scam companies accross the UK such as Primus ltd , Bor Boun Creations ltd (which was closed down and renamed BourBon Creations Ltd ), JTM ltd etc
I actually think these companies are one entity/orgainisation.   As the postions lead to candidates becoming self employed and opening up thier own office they have to start thier own limited company with a different name from the company you recieved the training from , highly unusual for a company that is trying to expand and build brand awareness .. anyway heres my experience ...

Applied for the job on s1jobs.com ,marketing job advertised as paid weekly, experience not essential, 350-550 pw.  Recieved an email to book an interview. Did this and went to the interview . The building looked very proffesional with very modern lawyers offices on the ground floor , but g10 on the basement looked a lot less professional , barely any furniture , tv playing dance music , a sofa and reception.  Called in by a man claming to be the owner and founder of the business who started in 2006 and has 138 offices nationwide and 10 offices internationally . Spoke nothing about how well he was doing, nice enough guy but big ego..
I messed up first interview bigtime, wasnt assesed on my ability, or technique. Just constantly told about the benefits . told that id be on a 4 step programme , with amazing benefits at steps 2, 3, and 4. Own team, 100k , company car, and free travel/holiday at step 4 within 12 months. No information about step one though.  left inteview unhopefull as hadnnt done that well , there were supposed to be 25 candidates.
But, same day recieve call , got 2nd interview for following day
I attend interview told told fill in form , speaks to other 2 people also applying they didnt know what the job really was either (Not just my poor interview  ,raised my suspicions why is everything so positive and vague ? the other guy said he the interviewer just avoided the subject about what the actual job was?  receptionist calls me over when she see's me speaking to others .  She says she started in the company exactly as i did, this was also supsicoius i was thinking why hadnt she been promoted to her own office ? surely she hadnt opted to be receptionist over the 100k salary and free company car , how much does a receptionist really make ? why decline a well paid sales job (no offence receptionists lol) so took out by another young guy who was supposed to do 2nd interview ,and show me what id be doing , assess me and report back to office. He had been there 3 months, saying he was the 3rd top salesman really only spoke about himself and how well he's doing and how much he's making.  Really trying hard to show of his rolex watch. He clearly wasnt academic and although friendly i just got the vibe the guy wasnt being upfront/ i felt like i was being sold the job. Wrote a quick 5 min form asking for 10 skills i have , i got to no. 8 and he said thats fine , glanced over my form . said thats fine ill report back to office and well see if u get to round three , I get to office. Success got the 3 rd interview , another easier interview . congratulations ive got the job the only candidate of 25 'supposedly' , despite just saying the other two werent back form thier demo talk yet.  Told id be on mon - sat no holidays , 8am -6.30pm . No bascic wage , still wasnt told what id be selling, I was to be told next day when i to start.
He wouldnt allow me any time for notice.
Everything just seemed unreal, everyone tried to show off and brag to make u want the job.  
i accepted the job , not sure but keeping my options open.

I won't be be going in though, i do think the company is genuine but realisticly theres no basic wage until at least 3 -6 months of long hard hours making at least 10 , £30 sales per day keeping £10 in commision each sale, thats makes 200 a day to the company 1200 a week, 4,800 a month to them for free basically, because they have little or no expenses for your work, by month three thats well over £10,000-£14,000.  And if and when you get to step two there is even more hours 7-6.30pm 11.5 hours a day , 69 hours a week for £350 basic wage. (this is less than the Minimum wage) .   You maybe could make 100k but, im sure anyone/company would happily give you a 100k if you managed to find, train and manage 20 staff to work almost 70 hours a week commision only.
The company always wins , if u are a succesfull seller they win, they make money.
If youre unsucessfull they havent lost a penny , probably wnt get pais as there is no recourse to a contracted entitlement to wages.
its a win win situation for them in my opinion.  Stacey Smith the receptionist 'with the suspicously generic name didnt look like she had her own team or 100k a year job despite her claims to having completed the proven formula that the company is so obsessed about.  I also seen large groups of really young guys training next door, no one seemed very experienced .
I hope they know what they are getting themeselves in for , finally when i was in the interview that i didnt really perform well in i was told that i had been selected over someone older,  with better experience so should be really proud of myself but to expect really hard work because he had picked me over the experienced candidate.  Maybe i was , maybe they knew anyone with experience would tell them were to go .  I hope you find this usefull,  if youre a good salesperson then you might make money from this,  the products however are really over priced and poor quality , make up and tooth whitening.  They also had a baety treatment voucher campaign whih has already caused a stir with local police as the sellers are unlicenced canvassing on the street.
The boss doesnt care as much for his employees as he initially made out either , would not give me a days notice to start sort out everything in regards to my finances , maybe incase i had to much time to think about it.  im sure glad i didnt fall for it , hope this was helpfull and you know at least what youll be getting yourself into , dont waste your time like i did....   Finally , a quick thought you should check out weither or not these positions are actually legally allowed to be called self employed, i dont think they do , as the company places so many requirment on the emplyee i think u should not be allowed to class as self employed but im not certain of this.  Just be very sceptical about this company, good slaes people dont need to do this kind of work.  I also noticed that they have posted an article about  fake jobs on ther site with many links, this means if you type fake job g10, glasgow , no forums display the poor comments the companys article appears first, a bit shady if you ask me.

Just wondered if you still feel the same about what these companies are doing?  I dont expect you are still working there unless you are actually the elusive Joshua Pearce, 'T', Mr Thomas Jnr or whatever name he is using now.

Is this Joshua Peace...?  Only he would make such daft comments....If you are a genuine employee of the company, then apologies, but do you still stand by your comments?

ha you make me laff...did you know josh has slept with office on many a time and got one up the duff who was a great friend of mine who had to leave the business... 5 steps of convo and all that retarted bs...even got it aborted, my mate has been told she cant have kids, and she just wanted the support.

this [***] business model should have stayed in the states. oh and for helping others achieve the same...

I have been researching this company after having had an unauthorised transaction on my visa account for £30 by a company called G10 Worldwide Ltd; who strangely enough are registered at the same address as G10 Global at 21 Blytheswood Square, Glasgow! Unlike the people above, I have not been applying for employment recently, but it makes you wonder if this is a clever way of getting a lot of personal information from CVs for their ‘other’ scams?
