i had a call from this number at 1.07am . i got up in a panic thinking the worst but they rang off before i answered. got up and googled the number....... couldnt get back too sleep because of the fright i had with the phone ringing at that hour...[***] whoever they are.

Received the same call at 1.55am this morning - was really upset like most folk on here because we also have relatives living abroad and thought it was bad news - took ages to get back to sleep worrying!!!
BUT just Found their website and this message on the home page - hopes this helps - sorry if am repeating earlier posts -

"Apology 6th March 2012-
We are aware that a number of people are complaining about our phone number calling them.

We are very sorry our number has called you.
Our phone company is looking into it.

Apparently our phone number has been hacked/spoofed and
our number is calling people at a rate of 1000 per hour.

It is not coming from us or our phone system but from somewhere in eastern Europe.

We are doing our best to get to the bottom of it, but as it’s largely out of our control.
We can only apologise again for the inconvenience it’s caused you and assure you it was not our doing.

Got a call from these at 03:33am this morning. Not best pleased!! It's not good for me and not good for their business (We Solve IT Ltd of Wolverhampton). Just hope their apology is genuine and they resolve the 'hacking' issue real soon!

I was awoken at 3.34am Tues 6th by 0121314001 I then lay awake the rest of the night worrying.

It's 4.59 am 6/3/12 - silence.     Number is We solve IT Ltd. Looks like they have little or no security and obviously can't solve or protect themselves from hacking...........if that's what's happened? Maybe an elaborate advert scam from this co.? Who knows?

My 93-year-old father was called from this number in the middle of the night.  Struggled out of bed to answer the call, only for the line to go dead!   He of course was very anxious and upset, thinking that there was some dire family emergency.   Apparently was awake most of the night worrying.

I've rung the company and checked their website, so I've seen their apology (which seems genuine and is therefore appreciated).   But how on earth can we stop this sort of thing happening?   It's bad enough being bombarded by calls during the day (especially when registered for years with TPS), but during the night is totally outrageous.

I had a phone call from this number at 3-45am this morning. wasn't happy because I had to be up for work at 4-20. So after hearing the  ring I could not get back to sleep again. I thought It was an emergency. I was scared shitless.

5am this morning, got a call from we solve it company. there is no need for this when your working early. i reckon instead of making pathetic excuses on his voicemail he should be fixing the problem!!!!!!!!!!

I have just been on the website and read the message from the Director of this company - it says their telephone system has been hyjacked by someone in Eastern Europe and the calls are coming from there.  There is nothing they can do about it. I spoke to the Director today and he was very nice and apologetic - they knew nothing about this until someone called them in the early hours of this morning to complain and be abusive.  I think they are trying to change their number, until then they can't stop it.

They have no control over their telephone providers security - the hackers are in eastern europe and this sort of thing can't be prevented apparently

im sorry ,but i dont beleive for one minute that they do not have anything to do with these calls, very suspicious to me, never mind ive been in touch with my phone company and they are doing a full investigation, and god help them if they have passed my information on to anyone!

Got a call off these muppets at 4.05 am today. Will be giving them a piece if my mind tomorrow when I phone them within office hours...

got a call at 12.30am this morning - not funny when you have elderly parents

We had a call from this number about 2.30am.

I reckon a scam - I called them, their landline has a message about they have been scammed.  The mobile number on their website kicks into an ansaphone message about being scammed.

If the company were that bothered, they wouldn't stick their mobile number right on the home page.  I reckon they are collecting people's phone numbers for reselling on.

Received a call about 4.30 am Tuesday 6 March 2012.  Rang 4-5 times didn't get chance to answer it.  Dialled 1471 and got this number.  It is rather unnerving when you get calls during the night as I have elderly parents.

Just read the message on their website. Seems fair enough, hope the eastern Europeans can be traced and their number posted online...
