Just had a missed call from 01213712020. tried to redial to no avail.
Rang main switchboard they were unable to help. However it did come from somewhere in the hospital. I was put through to imaging as I am awaiting a ct scan, not them. And finally to my surgeons secretary who said it was not them. But having had part of my lung removed this call sent me into a blind panic. Please whoever is calling from the QE identify yourself and leave a message.  I am sue there are other patients who have received these calls equally a s frightened as I am.

They wont leave a message because of safeguarding. Imagine if they dialled the wrong number and gave someone else your details or appointment time etc, pointless really but you could get sanctioned for not turning up at that appointment and have to wait another 4 months for another one.

100% QE Hospital Birmingham,i had a missed call off this number and called back within a few mins and had no trouble,the receptionist put me straight through.

Definitely the QE hospital. Rang the 371 2020 number after missing the call on my landline but the line was silent. Decided to ring the QE main switch number. They said ANY outgoing call from the hospital would be the 371 2020 number and not just for a specific department. The number then rang my mobile and it was the nurse I see at the QE. Hope this helps.

I had 5 misted  calls from this number, after I left Umbrella services in Heartlands hospital where I had an appointment. Although I was in another hospital it is really upsetting to have this calls because it feels like something is urgent. Who ever calls people this way without any message needs to stop it asap

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital contact from an "unknown" number. Specially when I need something removed. You cannot call the number back, it just goes silent. The woman left a voicemail and a number, I called that number and nobody bothered pick up the phone. The phones are just left ringing at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I'll ensure NEVER to have them mess with my body again, because then when you need them and don't have a doctor present you are just there trying to get in contact with them only to be ignored.

Why were they calling

It has called me twice with a message saying it  is q.e hospital but i missed the calls. Tried to ring back but the line was dead.

I received a call from 0121-371-2020 I was not available to take tthe call but I tried to phone this number but was told that it was unavailable, they also tried my mobile with the same result

2021 and they are still using this number.....it's a spoof robocall.....if you have dealings with the Hospital call them direct!!
