They properly harrase me
Ten-twenty calls a day
I never went over in 4 yers I've been with them and once in lifetime when I have, they have hounded me like nothing
Cancelling it at the earliest opportunity
Hate them x!

Yes quite right it is Vanquis bank. Never had anything to do with them but they keep ringing. Never leave a message..Sunday today and at 12 45 I get a call, when I answer line goes dead. and after 1471 I find its Vanquis again.
I am ex directory and  a member of TPS but that does not stop them. It is about time the government brought in a law to stop this harrassment. Next time they call i have a whistle ready to blow!!

i have found this bank to be terrible, I wish I had never taken a carb with them. Go over your limit by 50 p and get 10 calls a day!!!

if you had a bad experience with vanquis like i did share it..then people will not use them. i am considering calling the police about their constant harassment. i spoke to their ad-visor who basically called my a liar and said they only call 3 times a day- well its not true  7 times today! i am going to ask for a recording of the call, she was so rude, i am the customer!!

I DONT even bank with these idiots but am getting calls from 7am - 9pm daily.

They phone me 8 times maybe more a day  I have stopped answering because its just an automated system. I don't get why they call me all the time it's not like I am late with my payments as its all done Direct Debit!
I feel hassled by them, They send texts to say that my accounts over by so much and its them that chooses how much they take from my bank so I don't understand why they hassle me so much. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I hate these people i have told them countless number of times that we are dealing with a debt collection agency but they dont care and they refuse to speak to them on my behalf. as far as im concerned im paying my debt and they can bugger off!!.

vanquis bank, I underpaid by £9.42 and they have not stopped calling, never answer to them if I were you or any debt chasers, very (shop direct) twist the call and charge you £12.00 for them chasing you each call.

I know this is vanquis as I got an automated message after receiving about 15 calls in 5 days approximately 2 weeks ago. The automated system asked me to very the name they were looking for. It wasn't me nor my partner. We don't bank with them and had to google them to find out who vanquis was.  2 weeks rest bite of no calls now 2 calls already today. Again it didn't ring enough to answer. This is so annoying. I want it stopped!!!

i fed up now 50 calls in 1 day cus am late with a payment thay added 12 pound a day chargers are thay allow to do that anybody can help me with the answear please

I have wrote a letter to this company & they didn't receive (or so they say). I advised that we had tried to keep up with our payments as my husband had lost his job recently, no reply I then emailed them to advise since the letter my father had passed away and I was responsible for the funeral costs as I work, regardless of my financial situation. I advised them that I would speak to them when the funeral was over......they called me whilst I was driving to funeral directors and on day of funeral...........no compassion whatsoever!!! I have had 3 calls from this number today on both landline and mobile and each time they confirm my name and hang up! They use several other numbers aswell.

Keep getting calls from this number & when I pick up it rings, so I just put the phone down, get at least 4 calls per day when they decide to call, if it is vanquish bank, my husband has a card with then went slightly over the limit but pays monthly d/d.

Firstly, if you owe them money then it is ok for them to hastle you?
I don't, never have, and am not the person that they are asking for.

The more complaints the quicker they will be stopped & perhaps a bigger fine?
These people actually claim that I am calling them?  Well the ICO will check my phone records to disprove that little porky.
You also have the option to tell them that you are going to charge them for your wasted time )
Send them an invoice for the hours wasted, then when they don't pay, take them to small claims.. then they pay up apparently )

Another Debt Collection Company, Cabot Financial, was the subject of "Don't Get Done, Get Dom" on BBC TV yesterday.  They had been pursuing the wrong person for several years, despite being told he was not the person they wanted.  Apparently, you can report these people to the Financial Ombudsman Service and they will act to stop the company.  You can also report them to the Ministry of Justice, which licences them.

I HAVE HAD 13 MISSED CALLS FROM VANQUIS AND 3 TEXTS AND 4 CALLS TO WORK ALL IN SAME DAY. ONLY MISSED PAYMENT BY DAY. IM REALLY P.................D OFF THEY SUD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS .ID LIKE TO GET ONE OF THERE PERSONAL NUMBERS AND C HOW THEY LIKE BEING HOUNDED ALL DAY LONG.

Vanquis called twice this morning already and its only 9 am.  Its Saturday for goodness sake!  Bit late making this month's payment and they've been harassing me by phone every day since.  Wish I'd never heard of the stalkers.  Going to report them to the Financial Services Authority for this harassment as it is completely soul destroying.

Vanquis ==Ringing 10 or more times a day - every day - just because I'm slightly behind with payments. Although they knew and agreed to me paying at the end of month - when I'm able to

I am changing my mobile phone numbers soon so they can not contact me.
There is nothing baylifs can do as I will never open the door to them.
They can only force the door open if its for court fines and for unpaid tax.
Even then they still have to pay for the damage they did to your door.
