No idea who this was, but the answering machine picked up the end of an automated message to press a number to speak to a technician - so probably some sort of phone or computer scam.

Called at 12.15pm looking for registered Internet user to advise that the Internet would be disconnected.  Could not get a word in as they were reading their spiel of what to say. In thew end I just told  them to P?$ss off and the caller hung up to get rid of them.  Who is selling our phone numbers to these scum?

Called around 4 times, repeatedly.
I did not pick up because the number seemed suspicious
