Got a call to my momile from this "Aldershot" number, a lady calling herself Sandra, but with a very strong Indian accent.  "We are holding a parcel for you that is awaiting clearance, can you confirm your full postal address".  I said no its written on the parcel she said its cant be cleared without full confirmation and billing details for the clearance.  I hung up and added the number to my blocked callers list.  Think its a phishing scam to get bank card details for customs clearance fees and use it to empty the account.

this company are a debt recovery agency , they use the pretence that they are a mail forwarding agency

i get call frome them i dont no why they are calling i dont have any thing with them

Teleograms were forced to change their name by the Trading Standards people as it was misleading.

They now trade under the name DBSL and are still a 2-bit debt collection agency that make f**k all profit

Recently started up again on Landline , Probably because I've changed my Mobile number! I think they're an offshoot of that Crapquest Scuzzbucket Outfit.
Ring up claiming to have an undelivered parcel and to confirm address! also will ring round any neighbour they can find in the phonebook and ask them questions about the person they are after - surely an offence under the Data Protection Act!
I think as a general rule no reputable company will ask the sort of questions they do ; I very nearly did get caught out a few months ago by them but had a hunch just in time , hung up and found out their game.

is it even legal for people to lie like this

just had a call from 012525 76434 they knew my address and they wanted conformation gave the same crap about they needed to send me a letter, from what i have read i will not answer again

Had a call AGAIN from this number.
They are Capquest, Telogram and other assorted names they make up on the day.
Trying to chase debts that are out of date and their actions are illegal.
They have NO Legal right to do what they are doing.
They have NO legal right to harrass you for time exoired debts,
Or indeed any other debt.
I am often down in Fleet and shall enjoy calling them next time!

Had a call from this number but when I answered there was a recorded message saying they were a company called DVSL and to press 1 to speak to someone. Obviously I just hung up the phone as I'm not about to waste my time with these clowns. They are a debt recovery agency but I don't even owe anyone money so this could well be a scam. I wouldn't bother answering if I were you!
