Just got a text from this number asking me to call Becky Fuller - Hum very strange I have no debt so this is worrying should be a law against this sort of thing!!!! Deleted text and blocked number so they won't be bothering me again.

I just received text msg asking 'Could Mr Shah please contact Becky Fuller URGENTLY on 01256306797 Quoting Ref No....' I called them back and I asked who are you? She said we are debt collecting agency. I asked what kind of debt? she said before I tell you what kind of debt she needs to verify my details so that she is sure that she is speaking with right person. I said I wont give you details unless disclose me who are you. She said we have written you number of letters. I said I havent received any letter, tell me who are you...then she hang up the call. Then I googled it to find that this was scam. I thought I should share with you.

I just got an 'Urgent' text from C.A.R.S. from a Becky Fuller, I rang them out of curiosity and found out, before I confirmed who I was, which took a few minutes, that they are a debt recovery agency for the R.A.C. as well as the other companies people have previously stated in ths thread, and I can confirm that they are a legitimate company as I am one of the few who do actually owe them money.

I just had a message this morning from CARS "Becky Palmer" asking me to contact her. I have no debts with lovefilm or fitness first, I don't even use them!  How they got my name and number is beyond me. Thanks for the headsup!

Interestingly my sister got a text on her phone for me to call Becky Fuller urgently.  Although I have had accounts with both Fitness First and LoveFilm, they were terminated as per their T&Cs.  Weird thing is that i would never have given my sisters phone number to anyone so no idea how they got her phone number and my name.  Incidentally, my sister did get a call on her mobile last week asking for me.  She said that she will not give my number to them and that if they wanted me to contact them then they can leave a contact number - suffice to say they didnt leave any contact details.  Not sure if the two are connected but thought i would post in case someone has had anything similar

Anyway, havent called them back and do not plan to :-)

MY son got a text from CARS for ME and then i got a phone call asking for personal info of which i refused and the geezer on the phone got irate, when i told him i had checked them out on the forums then he said oh you know who we are then and told me to have a good day then he hung up. I wuold not give out any personal info to them and am glad i checked them out first. Also they are now using the nameBecky Fuller as a contact so heads up and beware people

So glad im not alone with being harrased by FF .. I cancelled my membership via letter in May and now they claim they never recieved it. Expecting me to pay for all the payments since then and then wait another 30 days for my cancellation to be processed. I think not. Petition me up!

ive just recieved a message at 10.15pm asking to call becky fuller on 01256 306797. typed the number in  google. ive never been to fitness first. god im to lazy for that. theese peope are crazyyy. leave me alone pikeeyyss. all i can think of is i cancelled my car insurence because found a cheaper insurer shorly it cant be that though.

just received a text from CARS. and im not calling them back. there is a possibility that an individual or group of individuals from fitness first or other companies sell on information to debt companies such as CARs for disputes which companies are handling internally. I strongly suggest you do not call this company and that if you have any debts that you know of or suspect, then contact the company directly and obtain confirmation in writing that no debt is owed.

I too have had a message from 01256 306797, asking couldi please contact Becky Fuller urgently. So, being very suspicious of txts from random numbers i've just googled it and got this page!!!!!! i have a lovefilm account and was a member of fitness first, so not sure where the 'leak' came from, but unfortunately the rats of our society now make a living selling personally info. what a sad world we live in!

They now call saying to contact Becky Fuller URGENTLY. It is C.A.R.S geting texts and phone calls at a rate of 2 a day.

I've had a text off C.A.R.S telling me to urgently call them, so the first thing I did was check the net! thank god! But I know someone called lucy palmer. Haha. Cheeky [***]!

Just got the message from Becky Fuller on the same number everyone else has been complaining about. I owed fitness first only £40 i doubt they'll keep chasing it up especially if as i have read on here the compnay is breaching the law through harassment. Its still worries me though one of my friends was able to cancel his fitness first contract through just freezing it for a pound for any remaining months. I wasn't offered this deal therefore surely that could be a breach of contract.

Never heard of this company before so googled it and came up with this site!! well i wont b calling them and have no idea how they have obtained my name or number, gota b a law against this surely!!
just glad i checked it out and others have same prob

Got the same message. They are now using Mrs. Becky Fuller
