I woke to find a text on my phone telling my to call Becky Fuller urgently. Naturally to receive a message like that early in the day one worries.

So I did.

I spoke to a rude girl who would not tell me who CARS were, only that they deal with 'personal matters'. she asked for my details which I refused to give, after all they contacted me.

So she rudely said they would write to me.

Does anyone know how to complain about such things?

I have received numerous calls and text messages asking for a mr Amarjit China to call Becky urgently.I have a new mobile so a new number.I have spoken to them 3 times now and they have "deleted my number" each time...yet still they embarrass me.Who are these idiots ???.

Hello, I call to this number because my father ask me for and they ask me if I'm the person who receive that message, she ask me if I'm Petrica and I said that I'm his son, she told me to confirm my address first, because I didn't know who are they I give them my address and she said "your house number is not 60?" And I said, "no it's 43" and then she said " oh, maybe we contact a wrong person, we will check and we will call you later" can you tell me what is with this numer? What they are doing? Because if it is something big I should go to police and report this. Thank you.

Looking at the other posts  before yours, they would appear to be Debt Collectors.  If they contact you again, tell them you will report them  to the Information Commissioner's Office for harassment.  Debt is not a Police matter so they would not be interested if you contacted them.

Needless to say I called the number provided and the woman on the line wanted me to confirm this and confirm that,including my D.O.B  but she was giving away nothing.I wished her a nice day and asked her not to call back.Legit or not, if u call or txt my phone I want to know who u are and what`s your business wih me.

P.S.    I did forget to mention she said it was "concerning a personal matter". What`s that supposed to mean?

I have just had the same message !!

I had a message left asking me to call them on my home number.  I have no accounts with anyone except sky and that's in my husbands name. I have to say this whole thing has me a little worried.

Yes. I weeknights and the phone rang and woke me and the cat. The number was01256306913. I did not call back as I Thought it might be a premium number. The caller wanted to speak to Karen Flinders. Ignore it

I called back the number up, refused to give my details and told them I have received no letters.
I owe love film £10 from 2 or 3 years ago. Lol

Ive had a missed call on few occasions and not answered and have recently had a text message sent to my phone asking my partner to contact a Becky Fuller urgently and quoting a ref num ... Title comes up C.A.R.S Ive looked on the net and read few messages on here. assuming its debt company for what my bills are paid and uptodate.... what do I do if they keep ringing!!!!

Help, I just rung them back in a panic. Gave no details but did confirm my address. I'm so worried how they might come to my house.
