Got a call from them, asking to speak to myself.  Asked them who they were & immediately hung up.  Will be reporting them to TPS

Had a silent call from them today so found them on this website along with their customer service number.  Apparently their customer service team can't take me off the list as they didn't call me!  I've now reported them to Ofcom but it would seem nothing is likely to be done.

i have had several calls from this number once you answer the call they put you on hold with classical music then they cut in and say please hold your call i important to us, they keep your phone on that for between fifteen to twenty minutes BEWARE

This post has just called me. Phone went to answer phone and is no playing a tune down the phone blocking my line!  Just keeps saying thank u for your patience please hold and an agent will be available shortly!   Err. You rang me.  So annoying

Phoned Redress claims. told them to take me off the dialer. If you are getting calls from thsi 01274 number. then call them on 0844 8246676, and ask for your number to be removed from the dialer.

Even tho i thought uk law made automated dialer illegal!!!

they have kept me hanging on for over half an hour.  my grandchild in critically ill in hospital and this has tied up my phone line.  am desperate for them to go away as i cannot clear my line.

i have just received a call from this number, 25 mins ago, i answered they then put me on hold, am still holding 25 mins later, just wait till they answer, may even encourage a manager call cos they are about to get a rake of abuse if they ever answer, the longer they wait the worse it will be lol

Have just phoned redress claim line, spoke to a very apologetic lady, gave her my home phone number and she has assured me that she will let the departement who make these calls cease. I was getting these phone calls 3 to 5 times a day surely this is against the telecommuncations act.  Hope this will stop now

I have had several calls from this number, usually once a month, at various times of the day.
Once I have picked up the call and said hello I'm put on hold and so begins the classical piano music and a nice lady who wants me to hold as one of her agents is waiting to speak to me !!! Once the automated message starts its impossible to disconnect from the call - even pulling the phone out of the socket doesn't work - and the last call meant I couldn't use my phone for over an hour. Even a call to BT couldn't sort it out. When I checked 1471 the number was 01274663293 yet when I tried to call them back it siad the number was not recognised. I'm registered with TPS as well.

Just been called by this number. Was kept on hold for an HOUR, as i couldnt disconnect the call, with a recording thanking me for my patience an agent will be with me soon. Normally they just hang up when answered....really annoyed!!

Had an interesting telephone call today regarding Redress and PPI advice line.

I have just penned a letter to the Ministry of Justice regarding the nuisance telephone calls I have received. The MOJ authorise and regulate these Claims Management companies, and offer protection from any bad practices of said companies. Not sure if anything will get done but its worth a try.

The other channel to try is the Information Commissioners Office. You must have contacted the company involved before hand and asked for your details to be removed from their databases, and be on the TPS. If they then contact you again you can fill out a form on the ICO website.

The TPS is a good start but haven't got as much authority as the other two organisations.

Have a read on moneysavingexpert web site and article in the Guardian. Redress are scam artists conning people out of hundreds and thousands of pounds.

We have recieved a minimum of 3 calls a day from this phone number it usually goes to a deadline, about a week ago i was actually greeted by a man who explained they were phone from a PPI company, after informing them i was not interested because i had no loans it was agreed that my number would be removed from their database. However these calls have continued and today i answered to find that i was on hold awaiting an 'agent' to answer, for approximately 15minutes they blocked my line and i was unable to recieve or make outgoing calls. I have now contacted a phone number said to be related and had an extremely heated discussion with them whereby they informed me they could not remove my number, i asked for the contact details of their legal department to raise the issue with them, and suprise surprise all of a sudden they could remove me. We shall see.

This number phoned me on the27 october at 16.30 and locked my phone for 20 mins this sort of thing should have been blocked at the exchange these calls are a pain

some body must have given this number its very bad for telecom compney stop saying we don,t know y know but don,t want do anything because u r making mony from them

I have reported this caller to the police and they are looking into it as it is a nuisance calls causing distress.

These idiots keep ringing sometimes the line goes dead if I answer and  sometimes when I do answer they just don't take no for an answer and I end up being quite rude . The thing is I am ex directory and these calls wind me up as I also set up call preference and still they keep ringing me. If I want a product or service that badly I will research it and contact them myself,any unsolicited calls or mail is guaranteed to make me not want to use their services. SO PLEASE STOP!

Getting pestering phone calles fom 01274663293 on several occaions. Unwanted

just had a phone call from these, and i could not get them off my line,  almost 25 minuets, of music........ i have had enough
