Have you spoken to an independent person before dealing with this company?  Someone like CAB or Action Fraud.  There are many companies out there which have jumped on the Pension Review/Release bandwagon. The things they tell you are not always correct. They do not tell you of the Tax liabilities and that HMRC will want their cut of your pension. People have found that their pensions have been "invested" by the companies and have disappeared.  Even if a pension has disappeared HMRC will still want their "cut" of what that pension would have been. Because of the recent changes in pension rules there are a lot of sharks out there.  It might not be wise to hand over your pension details until you have got other advice.

Missed call from this number, reading items here glad I did not answer.
With the information on this number it is amazing the owners cannot be found and the company closed. Blatant misselling and scamming.
I hope they dwell on what their company does and it sits on their conscience.

Fed up with these calls, I need to know how to get them stopped.

I have had a call from the above number saying they would do a free pension review for me. I'm worried now as I've given my personal details eg. DOB and NINO

Had two calls from this number, Nd when I called it back, it said not in service, getting very fed up with it.

Foreign lady asking for me by name. She was calling from 'Pension Review' No doubt she would want my details or try to sell me something utterly useless. I told her I didn't want a review and hung up.

Getting these on my mobile even after registering with Tps

I've just received a call from this number claiming to be an independent financial advisor.  They said that they had received my details from Dept. of Work and Pensions!!  They addressed me using my maiden name; I've been married for some years, so they have an old source for my personal details.  That's all I know, as I wasn't going to talk to them about frozen pensions, or give them my personal details.  This was the third time that they had tried to contact me.  I knew that it was a junk call, and thought that I'd try to put a stop to it.

Called me today at 15:45. Treated as nuisance call and blocked.

I understand the company has been investigated and closed down for malpractice and theft of client funds. However, these people operate under many different names and so be vigilant and treat every call from a Bradford number as suspicious
