As I have reported in the main thread at https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/07538909401 about The Green Energy Company Ltd of Kynance Woodham Mortimer Maldon Essex CM9 6TH I received three calls today from this company.  The first two were from mobiles and I have reported those numbers in the main thread.

However both the first two calls seemed to be from people engaged temporarily to acquire sales leads who may not even be Green Energy Company Ltd employees.  However the third call was from a landline Brentwood number of 01277 202918 and was trying to confirm when one of their employees would cold call at my home later this afternoon.  I would strongly suggest this number belongs to an employee of the Green Energy Company Ltd or even its proprietor as it comes from the same Brentwood exchange 01277 code that this company has its head office at.

I suggest that anyone investigating this matter targets this residential number rather than the mobile phone calls made from SIM cards that were no doubt topped up with cash and that will have been thrown away by the time the ICO or the Police get round to investigating this matter.

This firm needs to receive large fines just like the firm in the BBC Call Centre program in order to deter them from continuing with these activities.

Presumably following many complaints by the several other legitimate UK businesses called Green Energy (who are having their reputations trashed by these dodgy and generally stupid conmen from Shenfield in Essex) they have now decided to call themselves British Solar instead and created a website to that effect at www.british-solar.co.uk

Deceitful patter from their badly spoken Essex cold calling staff (all using unregistered mobiles)  that they are UK Government Scheme and that you can get all your electricity free plus a monthly income for the energy you sell is however unfortunately continuing wholly unabated.

Hopefully in the end the Hugely Dozy ICO will put a stop order on them to stop making any more cold calls to TPS Regisered homes and then prosecute them or fine them if they still insist on continuing with their scamming activities.

This number 01277 202918 has called my elderly father - I rang them asked for them not to call again - lo & behold a sales rep turns up 2 weeks later to try sell my Dad solar panels - he is 83!!!!! They were from British Solar
