called at 3am this morning

this is a fax machine and is calling at stupid times during the night.I would like it to stop

does anyone know who this is, had many calls during early hours of morning from this number over last 10 months

We have had the same problem!

Calls at ridiculous hours, just had one at 00.19hrs which luckily didnt wake the kids!

I think its XLCR car finance as we have had faxes from them in the past.

On 1 day, we had 3 calls every half an hour, during a film, in the end we took the cable out, but then missed a call we needed!!!  Aarghhh

ok, for all of you who hate getting called by fax machines at ungodly hours... heres your method of payback:

1/ get a free (you dont wanna pay for it right?) fax software package for your pooter.
2/ create a suitably large & appropriately offensive set of pointless docs to send (make sure its a gazillion pages long and it takes no time to type)
3/ fax the offending number with the header : "I MUST NOT WASTE PAPER"
4/ SEND AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN ...  you get the picture. :)

Fax number jamming our business phone line

Called me at 0330 this morning,  prompting me to shout obsecenities down the phone. I am sick of these calls, we are on the TPS but still get calls like this. If i find out where they are, i'm going to put them in a room with white noise until they want to kill themselves. bar stewards

Does anyone know how to find out how to call this company? I have tried searching for them, but cannot put anything to that number. It is a Burnley postcode, which is local enough to me to pay them a visit, I just need to find the company and address

02.49 am for us. Checked out xl car website but they have a different number. Will continue investigating and give somebody a gob full and of course turn my phone to silent. At stupidoclock you think its really serious. Failing that, multiple pointless faxes coming their way at they're peak times!

00:52 last night but over the past 6 months has been all kinds of late night times - really want to find out who this is. I looked at that XLCR website but the numbers don't match can anyone confirm it is from them?

3am, Fax machine calling the landline.  Had this on many occasions this year all times of day AND NIGHT and finally had enough!  Does anyone actually have a FAX machine to know what they are sending?

I will be calling BT to try and block this number.
