Report a phone call from 01392353105 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- lorrypicked up on this call. The caller spoke about certain investments Ihold. Refused to talk about it, but is this just a 'shot in the dark' or has the bank sold our info? Beware!! Hang up
- lizziesfellaPhone rang picked it up line went dead
- Angiepicked up this call. The caller spoke about ISA investments and whether I was entitled to receive compensation as I possibly hadn't got the best deal financially. He then went on to say that it would be a " no win, no fee" situation and all l would be expected to do was to give him my information!!! How on earth does he know whether I have ISAs or not and how did he get my Xdirectory number!!! When I told him I was not interested and said I did not want the call to go any further he became most insistent......eventually he backed down. He did not not like me refering to him as a cold caller. I engaged in conversation- him talking, me listening so that I could learn as much as possible and warn others who may get calls....as Lorry above said...hang up.

- benIs this a genuine company. Does anyone know.
- MarkHave received several calls despite being ex directory and registered with TPS.
Called them back and spoke to Dan.
The company is EMC and they appear to be a firm of ambulance chasers who have branched out into mis-sold PPI etc.
I have given them my number and told them I am registered with the TPS and Dan has assured me I will receive no more calls. They use details sold to them from such things as questionaires.
They are still using the telephone for direct marketing in contravention of TPS guidelines.- Caller: EMC
- Call type: Telemarketer

- unhappy home occupierLuke rang and said he wanted to speak to my husband.Said he wasn't available and could I help, asked who he was from and he said MCAS. Asked if I could help and he said no due to data protection act. Load of rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!! Said he would ring back another time.
Best to hang up - forest01392353105 keeps calling to speak to my son always during the day never leaves message will not discus what they want.
- EvansSame thing. Phone rang and went dead when I picked up. I don't have any ISAs so it would seem it is a cold caller.
- themajorThere was a delay in their speaking to me after I answered, suggesting that they are using some form of multi-dialing system and that they just speak to whoever answers first - the rest who have find their phones ring can go to hell I suppose.
Anyway, she presented some initials and then said "they were a professional claims management company". On the balance of probabilities this may indicate one of those ambulance chasing blood sucking law firms where the victim gets a few quid for a broken finger nail while they take several thousand pounds and that is just their photo-copying charge for court papers.
By the way. The person doing the photo-copying may well be doing it for nothing on so-called "work experience". Slavery has not been fully abolished in the UK.- Caller: initials
