I got called from this number  on my T-Mobile number. They claimed to be EE/T-Mobile but were very pushy and rude, so I hung up on them and checked with T-Mobile. The real EE/T-Mobile operator confirmed that the caller was NOT from EE/T-Mobile at all, and might have been a third party trying to sell me a new contract, but they could have been running some sort of phishing scam for all I know. The operator said he would escalate the report so that T-Mobile's legal department would be aware of the problem.

Same here, they call repeatedly throughout the day, as late as 6:30pm, and the one time I answer I hear static and "click" they're gone. It's very annoying!!

It's a marketing call from t-mobile. They've called me quite a few times, always to offer a cheap deal on a second phone (and it's actually a really good deal, I'd have taken it if my wife wasn't so stubborn).
Try politely asking them to not call you again.

Had a call off this number, announced themself as "X from the EE Rewards Team", basically a very pushy telemarketer trying to sell discount tech/phone contracts. I tried to be polite and say 'no thanks' but he kept talking over and interrupting me. In the end I hung up. Ignore if you get it.

Have had six calls from this number in five days. After growing increasingly irritated that they don't appear to be giving up, I answered today to be told it was T-Mobile trying to sell me something-or-other.
Told him I wasn't interested and to stop calling, he kept pushing, so I just hung up.
If I get another call from them I'll contact T-Mobile directly and give them an ear full. Only been with them four months and I already miss O2. I never give my mobile number to anyone, so I can only assume that all the spam calls I get are because T-Mobile/EE likes giving my number to third parties.

I am getting at least one and, often, two calls a day from this number.  I do not recognise it and will not answer it but it is a real nuisance.

Had a call from this number today, they said that I had been such a loyal customer and one of their best customers! I have only been with them for 4 months!!
A lady called Laura Thomas was trying to sell me a brand new smartphone or ipad for £7! I just told her I wasn't interested, she seemed to get the message after a while!!

I rung back in after a missed call and found the staff to be very friendly, I listened to what she said. Basically, they are calling existing t-mobile customers with discounts to help the household save money. I was spending £20 a month on payg for my teenage son and the friendly lady told me very clearly what I was getting for my money and explained the full value of a mobile phone contract package to me. She managed to half how much I am paying out each month and my son was very happy with his new phone. He never goes over his allowances as she explained that he can track his usage on the phone or tmob website. A verifyer jumped on the line afterwards to make sure I was happy and to go through t and c's. He said delievery would be 5-10 working days and it was at my door in 3! Excellant service. The verifyer also offered me an ipad right at the end but when I politely said no I wouldn't like one he was fine. If you don't have anyone else whos mobile ypu pay for then this call is proberly not helpful for you but when these workers make the call they won't know that without asking. Perhaps it is yourselves that are being rude to these people who are just trying to make a living in hard times. In regards to music in the background, every call centre I have spoken to has background noise and often music. I imagine they need something to keep them going!

Just say no! Literally, just say no. It's a new game I am playing. Every time I get a sales call that starts " can I speak to miss xyz" I say no. It completely throws them. Respond by saying NO to everything they say. Say nothing else. Just no. Don't expand on the conversation. Just answer No. Don't shout. Say it really gently. This number called my phone 15 times in a week. Said no to everything. Have never rung again. Try it on every sales call! Remember, say no and say it gently. Really p****s them off!

They just called me now wanting to upgrade told them I was not interested... I rang T-mobile and they told me it wasn't one of their numbers.... so it looks like a company trying to get me to upgrade by taking my personal details and card details... HELL NO!

When I first received a call from them (several months ago) I sent it to voicemail as I didn't recognise the number - if it was important they'd leave a message and I could phone them right back - no message and so I Googled it and found this thread.  Unfortunately they kept calling back every few days.

My solution was to put their number in my phone book and mark it to go straight to voicemail, now my phone never rings (the call is logged in my history so I still know when they call) and they get charged for connecting to my voicemail.  My view is that they can't want to talk to me that badly because they never leave a message (except occasionally a short burst of background noise) :-)  I'd hoped that they would eventually give up and am now wondering how long they'll keep trying!

From what I've read here, they want to offer me a new contract but since I'm only 6 months in to a 24 month contract I don't see what they can do, especially as I've managed to get a very low priced tariff that includes a large data allowance (the most important part of the plan for me).

Ive got phone calls from this number every day (even few times per day), I have answered once and told them I dont want any calls from them again and they still annoying me. They (T-mobile) are really pushy with marketing. I am thinking to take legal action against them if its happen again.

It's listed on T-mobile's website as a number that may contact you on their behalf to tell you about new products and services. Had 5 or 6 calls over the last few days. Just blocked it.
