Just had a call from this number. Looked here, saw it was a nuisance call. Have Blocked! Simples. Thank you guys.

This is the second call I have had from them in 2 weeks. The first time they called and hung up as soon as I answered and today I was actually on another call so couldn't pick up. It's irritating me because it's not a withheld number so I pick it up thinking it's something important!

They also do not leave a voicemail...

I have just dialed the number back and APPARENTLY it is EE. A recorded voice answers and tells you to re-dial the number or press one but I didn't press a number and just hung on instead and someone answered and I told her to take me off the calling list... let's see if it works though!

its a company called Step Change Outscourcing, they are a sales company used by large companies to promote, sell or retain business so the 'big' companies don't have to do it, Scottish Power, T mobile to name a couple that use them. Large companies tend to outsource their sales/telemarketing teams to this company ! Pain in the [***] to be honest... I loathe sales calls with a passion - number now blocked!

It's a representative/partner of EE - I've just requested a code for a free mobile power charger, which they duly sent me.  I'm now being bothered with sales calls.  Rather annoying as I'm already an EE customer!  But it is genuine:

Received a missed call from this number and left no message.  If you Google search the number EE's website comes back.  EE does state the this is one of their partners.

Continually ringing my number. A real pest

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are a bunch of fraudulent CON-ARTISTS that try to sell you cheap knock off EE phone contracts, making you spend more on your current contract. They make you think you are getting a 'better deal' or 'saving money' for friends and family. I have done some extensive research on this company, they trade under STEPCHANGE OUTSOURCING, but the official company name is MAD BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (speaks for itself) who work on behalf of EE to outsource their service and products. The company is run by 2 men. The first is GWYN JONES, and the second is DECLAN SHILTON. Now, if you haven't heard of DECLAN SHILTON, he is the guy who tried to CON the 3 mobile network before they became popular by offering CASHBACK DEALS, but never paid any cash out. He was in NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS and has appeared on various sites with many people advising to AVOID him and any company he is associated with LIKE THE PLAGUE. Everything he owns, and everything he has done has been out of FRAUD. He even has his WIFE on the companies books as a SALES AGENT. This company do anything they can to avoid paying the correct taxes and obtaining the correct licences to run. This company should be shut down. If you want an additional phone line on your contract, call EE directly or go into the shop. Don't give your money to this fraudulent company.

First call today. Did not answer as I did not know this number. They left no voice mail so could not have been that important. Now blocked on my EE phone. BIG thanks to Sam Smith for the work put into find the true identity of this `business`.

Where did you get the source about Declan Shilton who tried to con 3 mobile networks? I cannot find it on Google.

Got a call from this number today. I picked up, but no one said anything. I hung up and blocked the number.

Caller keeps ringing and I miss all their calls whilst at work, so called back and got a message (some chap) saying 'This is a call from EE, you need to take no further action' then the message goes on to say something about press 1 etc.  I have now blocked this number.

Just had a call from this number. I never answer numbers I don't recognise. If it's important they'll leave me a message! As they haven't, and after reading the above, I've now blocked this number.

Cold caller allegedly from Orange apparently I am a loyal customer but as I took out a two year contract I suppose I was always going to be especially as I can only get out of the contract by paying off the full amount. I am happy with service from Orange but not cold callers; marketing people when will you get the message stop calling people everyone gets annoyed by it.

Called this number back and there was a recorded voice message saying this was EE and no further action reqiured but if I wanted to talk to someone or have my number removed from their mailing list I should call another number. Had enough of these idiots. Getting a call a day from them,

This number called me and left a voicemail saying "you best not be making up [***] excuses".. Not sure what that means?
