I leave a message on my voice mail saying if you are a cold caller, then please remove my number from your database. By law they have to remove your number. I have cold calling and often find they hang up half way through the voice mail.

There not classed as cold calls, there able to contact you as there your service provider, it's part of there customer care, to advise and help you, the amount of people that complain to the company nobody rang to inform them there contract has ended or discounts have ran out, and that nothing new has been offered to reward loyalty. If unsure ask a question about your account, e.g- how much was my last bill? What's the end 2 didgets of my DD? EE do have departments based in hull.

I have had upteen calls from this company which I have chosen to ignore.  I have now put a block on them. Does anyone know if I can report  this company and who to ?.

Most definitely ee.

Now that EE is  part of BT they have announced they are closing their foreign call centres and bringing them back to the UK and Ireland. Maybe a good thing as long as those losing their jobs abroad don't hijack the database and decide to freelance. Expect the best but plan for the worst.

Tell them you are recording the call and they run away like rabbits and generally don't call again😋

Having read these comments I didn't answer calls from this number, but did yesterday out of curiosity. Very polite woman asked to speak to 'Gillian'. (No surname offered). I asked if I could pass on a message and she said she was calling from EE and could I tell Gillian she'd call again. Maybe I'll talk to them next time.

This no called me regarding my broadband saying they were from EE they clearly wasn`t as they asked me for my name which EE wouldn't, on that note I hung up. I have reported this to EE which they were very thankful and said they will look into it.

I have also been getting calls from this number. I put a complaint in to EE and they rang back yesterday CONFIRMING the number is EE, it's their Broadband upgrade section. I was told that if I don't wish to receive any more calls from this number to ring the number select option one and that would remove me from the call list - hope this helps!

It is actually third party working on behalf of ee, I had one this morning, so I went straight to the hea office off ee and they confirmed it for me. If you want to check with the head office for ee then the number is 0800 790232

Made online enquiry for EE TV and Broadband yesterday. Hit submit before noticing "only give your landline number if you wish to be contacted about EE services". Suddenly get these calls and no messages. I feel a call to the ombudsman coming on....

Just received a call from this number, female caller advising me that my direct debit had been cancelled, could not say by whom and requested my bank details to reinstate.  Contacted EE who confirmed no notes left on account and no issues with direct debit....beware do not give any details
