Ive been getting calls off this number once a week but keep missing it!! So annoying, glad loads of other ppl are getting to too though

i have a missed call but i also have several debt collection agencies after me

I just got a call of that number - so weird I typed it into the net and here it is! I think i may have had it before....

Our lass just got called by it. Its definately cold calling. I agree we all should be nice to nuisance callers and spend some time speaking to them. They are people at the end of the day and have feelings it hurts when people hang up i work for a debt collector and people normally hang up on me its quite distressing and hurtful

Okay first off, if you don't want the company to persist in calling you, here's the first golden maxim of avoiding market research: TELL THEM YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED. If you just make up some feeble excuse about watching back to back Shameless episodes all night, or even if you firmly state "no thank you", they WILL be obligated to call you back. The company runs on strict rules, and will only take you off the database when you directly tell them you don't want to take part and you don't want to be called back. I know this as I have worked for this particular company. And don't think raging about TPS will get you off the list; market research companies are exempt from the TPS list because they're not trying to sell you anything - just a little heads up for all the aspiring legal exec's out there who like to argue until their heads ache, and all the people who love to make headsets vibrate with their yelling because they simply cannot accept that there's a loophole in the TPS register. Oh, and please learn to hang up properly - hearing the handset miss the receiver multiple times while you're in some sort of inconceivable rage is rather annoying.

The number rang me today and just cut out when I answered, is that what happens to the rest of you guys?

My network advised me to complain to Ofcom about his number.

Been receiving calls all this week just had another one....I just dont answer them.....or a good tactic is say they must have been given wrong information and number

The excuses I have used have had hilarious replies. My dogs on fire, i say am at work she says when is a good time to call back I said am doing a 72 hour shift after that. ;) or just now I'm sorry I can't talk I haven't got any clothes on. Haha she stammered a goodbye. ;) sho funny.

i ve been called by this number once and by 02088618682 loads of times in the last couple of weeks,this is a marketing firm which is linked to the daily telegraph, i believe and is a right pain in the ear.will have to keep them on hold and go and do something more interesting!!!!!

Have had this number call numerous times over the last week or so. I usually don't answer "caller uknown" calls and wait until they leave a message. This number never does now I realise why

I got a call from this number and answered it, all I got was an open line then it was like someone hung up on me!
Hope its not one of these jokers that pinch your phone access to call hong kong or the moon.
This is the type of number that vodaphone and whoever else should look at blocking.

I took a call from this number on a Sunday and I heared "Hello I am calling from the Broadcast Audience Research.. something or other. I was pretty anoyed at the poor guy.. I amen who the hell wants to answer a market research survey on a Sunday... Religious or not Sundays are for Chilling out!

I am fed up of this number keep on calling me. Who is it? I am not ringing back. I have had 3 different numbers ringing me which are numbers I have never heard of.. How do they get your number? i am fed up of spam!
