That clown Mo interviewed me yesterday for a job at iconic strategies! He then emailed me (the same congratulations email twice may I add) from North Star acquisitions.. What a [***]. Mobile number Mo and his "admin" phoned me from: 07876191568. Unfortunately Simon Reynolds couldn't interview me as he'd been taken into hospital apparently.. His mobile 07956718118. The current address of both iconic strategies and North Star acquisitions is Merchants Court, St Georges Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 1AB. Just keeping everyone updated! I'm sure they'll change company names, numbers and addresses soon.

I was about to leave for my first interview today with ironic strategies when I found this forum, i started reading and realised i had the exact same email and phone call. the woman on the phone said my cv looked great and i was one of the select few invited for an interview (my cv is extremely basic so not that great) however i was going to see it through as i needed a job until i saw this and safe to say im staying well away!

I got left in a random village by these jokers at Morton Solutions. I coincidently ran into an old friend who lives there and we had tea and she drove me back to Norwich (luckily). Morton Solutions ended up on TV (I think Horizon or WatchDog).

I recently applied to Iconic Strategies, a girl names Lara dealt with me. I then found this thread and realised I was being duped again. Same as many of the above, I NEED a job and this seemed like a good opportunity, disappointed. I decided not to cancel my appointment, so they should be expecting me right now.

Lara, if you read this, get out of that Job. You will ruin your reputation in Norwich, you're facilitating a lot of time wasting and your promising a ton to people with high hopes and bills to pay. Is this even Legal?

my boyfriend has been working for about a week with iconic strategies, and within a week they want them to move in with them in their apartment and they already have nicknames for each other?! i was just looking up iconic strategies just out of interest and i came across this forum, i am now extremely worried because they also want him to move to Sheffield to become a "manager". he also mentioned to me about how they have motivational meeting in the mornings and group nights in the evening. they make him get up at half 5 just so he can get into Norwich or where ever it is they want him to work by 8 and he wont be finished until 10 they have also told him he has earnt £200 this week but he still hasn't seen the money? bit odd if you ask me... i wish i could talk to him about this but he is soo wrapped up in his new job with these scam artists, im afraid he will never get out of it! or he will realise when its too late :( someone please help me and give me advise on how to help and get my boyfriend out of this cult!

I wasted time and money having an interview with these scumbags a few months ago, luckily found the information that they're con artists on another forum.

Nice to see that Louise (Lara) as she now calls herself still works there, probably been going under that name since I called her out on another forum and posted her social media info.

Feel free to get in touch with her guys, just remember how much time and money this [***] has wasted of peoples time to try rope them into a job where she is fully aware of what goes on and how Mr Morton exploits them.

I wish I had found this forum before my son went for his 2nd interview - he was sent with "Toby" from Norwich to Colchester and was made to pay for his own train fare which was not refunded. He is on job seekers allowance and is desperate for a job - he really thought he was getting somewhere.
He was asked to turn up this morning at 8:00am for further training - we told him to ask for a formal job offer and a contract of employment which has not been forthcoming - he didn't go this morning and not a word had been heard from Iconic Strategies.
Surely there must be somewhere where we can put in a formal complaint - it's exploitation of the worst kind.

if you are reading this Lewis Morton, i would just like to tell you that during the time i had the misfortune of working for you, i felt cheated out of life. your ethics, your way of life, your charismatic manipulation and master deception should be made illegal. You don't need me to tell you that you are a very sad man, and altough its pretty much taken me three years to get my self confidence back after being employed by your 'company', i know now that i am a far greater, happier, loved and mentally sound person than you ever will be. You made me compromise every part of my life: 1) my family who i felt the need to lie to about what i was doing because i was so ashamed. 2) my friends who i lost contact with for the entire time i worked with you. 3) my finances - you forced me to fund my lifetyle on credit, which i am still paying back. 4) my education - you tried to force me to quit university.

Part of me feels sorry for you, as, having worked for you, i know you have literally nothing (money, friends, family, social life, self confidence), but my pity cannot escape the fact that you are a disgusting joke of a human that used me like so many others for your ultimately, failed business ends...why else would you have to change brand names and locations so frequently?

Iconic has nothing to do with these other businesses. It has some Amazing people! I built so much confidence and made some awesome money at the same time working there!

I worked there for over 3 months before going back to collage!:) EVENT MARKETING is what they do.

Iconic has never changed their name since they opened 2013 my dad is a solicitor he checked so can you do your research.

I was representing the British Red Cross, Talk Talk and The British Heart Foundation! Obviously, these clients do extensive research before attaching their names to the service.

It is unfortunate that most people would rather believe anonymous posts on blogs who, by the way, earn their income on attracting people to their site :)

Iconic has nothing to do with these other businesses. It has some Amazing people! I built so much confidence and made some awesome money at the same time working there!

It's fun to play detective, but remember facts people. It seems a lot of you are putting 2 and 2 together to make 11.

Went through this a couple of summers' ago. There wer several red flags to me (the ikea office, the stupidly fast way they spoke to me, how i went from application to job in 48 hours) but decided to give it a go, due to my naturally trusting attitude after 11 hours, i jacked it in, sent a to be honest overly-nice email, and went to the citizens advice bureau the next morning. The man there said while they hadn't done anything illegal, they were pushing it. He recorded my version and events and submitted it onto a database for future reference.
All in all a waste of time. The worst part was having to deal with that b~llend Mo and his [***] attitude to Ramadan: you can't preach about the virtues of your religion's guidance while exploiting young people, pr!ck.

There was a girl there by the name of Esther, who started just before i did and needed tge money for Uni rent. That Sepetember just before i went back to Uni, i was jogging in my hometown of Beccles when i bumped into her, still working for them. She had made very little money, and her and others that had been there a while were dejected. I felt sorry for her.

Essentially this is little more than a pyramid scam, AVOID
