Ever since looked online for a loan and having been ripped off once for £107. They wont stop. Thinkk her name Crystal (not 100% sure) She was obviously in a  car or outside. Think they are linked to Loan & Finance in Manchester. Have looked into this and found 2 companies - who don't know each other have people living in the same street in Manchester and are both asian - as if !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     Will be going to my local fraud squad with all my info and research asap.!!!!!

Had two calls from these tw*ts today, first one was a automated message asking me to call them, said they were Churchill Financial, second call a bloke rang and said they were Phoenix Financial, so far they have  four different names, how do they expect people to trust all believe them

the good news.These idiots have stopped ringing my mobile, as I keep rejecting there calls, the bad news they have started rining my home number, are they so dumb that they do not realise I do not want to talk to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well these SMEGHEADS have stated again, Phoneing my home number, and the worst thing was, I was eating my dinner at the time, hate being disturbed when I'm eating, will they never learn, I hate swearing at people, but these numbskull drive me to it, now going to pass there name onto the Finacial Obudsman and the British Bankers Association, but I doubt if it will help

been plagued by this no ringing me 5 calls in the space of 2 days at work despite me telling them that this was a works number,another 2 calls tonight 1 to my mobile 1 to my landline ,decided to call back actually managed to speak to someone called luke who said that my numbers would be removed from their system.just waiting to see if that really will happen

I thought I had heard the last of these numbnuts, but they have started again. sometimes I wish you could push your fist down the phone line

Call persistently, pain in the neck (and elsewhere)!!

keeps calling upto 20 times a day  no  one speaks when i answer .

Twice in one day - so far - since I have to keep it polite I can't say exactly what I am thinking!!!!!!!!!

..and still they call again today - do they not understand plain english??? Isn't "Please don't call again" plain enough????????????? Am guessing that next time the please will be missing, and the words might be different - getting really ****ed off with these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and AGAIN!!!!!!!! These people are a nuisance!

..and so they call again - you'd think they'd have worked out by now that they are wasting their time - and mine - can't be very bright!!

This is Smart Money Group (Debt Management Company), it's part of Churchwood Finance because Churchwood Finance are DMSA accredited they have to follow a strict code of conduct in terms of acquiring new clients, the owners don't really like this as they cannot 'sell/hoodwink' the debt management plans the way they wants to get there return on investment on the money they spend to get your information. Smart Money Group is not as regulated so they sell debt management to you under the 'not so regulated way' in other words sell to you the wrong way. When you start out life as client of Smart Money Group they then sell you file onto Churchwood's after a short period of time. Smart Money Group is owned by all the same people involved at Churchwood's. They are trying to be smart and think people don't get what they are up to, they should be called 'the not very smart group'.

Pheonix Consultancy are based in St.James House in Manchester City Centre, but are the dialer company calling everyone like crazy on behlaf of these cowboys Smart Money Group & Churchwoods!!!!

...and so we are into the third day of calls - methinks they are taking the proverbial!!

obviously don't have to be bright to work at phoenix - unable to understand simple request not to call again!!

I am getting about 10 missed calls a day from this number and they are usually silent.  Last week there was someone when I answered and I ripped absolute shreds off of them and the calls stops for about 3 days but they have started again.  My problem is that it is on my mobile which is an iphone and apparently I cannot barr numbers from calling me on it..!!!  Aaaargh

These scumbags have also called me from 0161 209 1949. It matters little, they're the same turd merchants.

To be precise, they're Churchwood Finance (http://www.churchwoodfinance.co.uk). Their website only allows you to request a phonecall back and doesn't give any contact email or submission facility. So I thought, given i've been receiving more and more calls to the point of harassment from this 5hit house company, i'd make the most of what was available to me.

So, to make sure these dickwads didn't find out my personal details, i filled out erroneous email, postcode and name (and, if i'm honest, used some less than pleasant terms as a reflection of my frustration), but used my actual phone number so that they could make the connection. Under 'surname', I wrote the following:

"Ifyoudon'tstopcallingmyhometothepointofharassmenti'llbecomplainingtotheUKinfocommissionersoyouhopefullkygetanicebigfatjuicyfinesoplease****off".

I then received two calls in quick succession (having given the right number) and managed to speak to a real person on the second of those. The lady began her shpiel, mentioning that someone had visited their website but as she began asking for "Is Mr .... there" she realised there was a problem. She'd obviously not read the submission before the call had been made. After I got her to confirm where she was calling from, she then read the rest of it and said, stumbling, "oh, someone has written something unpleasant...". I confirmed that would have been me and asked that the company never contact me again. She confirmed they would not.
