these have been ringing me around 8 -9 times a day, never leaving a message, i wont anser but its driving me mad..who r they

these have been ringing my partners mobile every 20 mins all day yesterday & today i finally had enough so i answered, asked who it was & they said it was cs finance or something, i told them my partner wasn,t available could i take a message to be told DUE TO DATA PROTECTION they couldn,t tell me anything, when i asked if it was a loan company they said it again & then to add to that they asked for my partner by his first name like they new him, HOW RUDE!! I told them not to bother ringing back as if they cant discuss anything wth me my partner wouldn't be interested. I put the phone down for them to ring back only 10 mins later, just don't no how to stop them.

These people say they can wipe out your debts - they mentioned something about the credit cards would not have asked me to sign anything and so I am legally not bound to pay anything back. Without appearing bolshi I asked if it was legal as (my daughter being a barrister) I did not want court action nor did I wish to pay out money.  They kept calling me 'darling' which I found very very suspicious.  I typed the number into google search and this site is the only one that comes up.  So, this now makes me wonder why they dont have a website - or even a number for their company.  I wont make personal comments about the way they operate or the tone of voice they use when calling me (drippy rather) but I just usually ignore them.  They use my old mobile number and I dont intend to alert them to a change.  I dont think there is any way they can be told to stop - except to copy the number to a contact name saying  'DONT ANSWER'

I had this call this morning. the first time i have ever had the call.
As the number appeared on my screen i answered. Usually it is only withheld or unknown numbers we dont answer.
the said i had applied for aloan with them.
They gave me a reference number and an 090 number to call to complete my approved application.

Its not going to happen as i dont have a clue who they are.

Just received a call from this number 0161-246-0200 annoyingly during work time and when i answered they hung up grrrr!! Not applied for anything either on-line or otherwise. Does anybody know how you can stop unwanted calls to a mobile phone?? :-(

have had 9 missed calls from this number in the space of 15 mins!

Had 18 missed calleds from this number yesterday - it is now 10.42am (saturday morning no less), already three missed calls. At the end of my tether, I googled the number, and after some serious investigative work I managed to find a number to call them back on that actually has humans on the other end of the line!

This is the customer services dept, where I have just registered a complaint and requested that they remove my details from their database. Byt the way, they are some horrible loan shark company!

They don't let up do they?

I answered this call about a month ago and told them i was not intrested in taking a loan, at all... Told them i was loaded and didn't need one..

The calls stopped for a few weeks, now this morning they have tried 6 times in the last 3 hours. Having fun however trying to press the busy button as quick as possible.

Bunch of complete and utter ar*eholes.  I have now rung them back 3 times and left stupid messages and just not spoken to see how they feel.  It is the same person's voicemail that picks up each time so hopefully they will get some sort of message from this.

What a wind up, they've just called me 5 times in the last 20 mins - has anyone thought of going to OFFCOM about it?

I work in the call centre industry and manage the quality and compliance department, this behaviour disgusts me as it's these people that make our job so much more difficult, and give us, the honest people within the industry a bad name!

god these people just dont let up......had loads ov calls from them 2day..finally answered 2 them..only 4 them 2 hang up!!!!!!!!! how annoying!!!!

I just had a call from them (x1000). Apparently they are physically incapable of leaving a message. Just as well really as I am physically incapable of checking them.

I have had 2 miss calls from this number today. When I called it back there was a message saying the number can not be connected. They also called me once yesterday at 9pm and I had 3 miss calls from them on Monday - do they ever give up!! Cos they should!
