I answered it a few times to begin with and there is no one there. Since then it has called me everyday with no one there (this is over a week now)

had 5 calls and text message not sure what this is about!!

Called today, asked "Is that Joe?" to which I said yes and they promptly hung up. Any ideas what thats all about?

I believe it's "Churchwood Finance" - they keep calling me on a mobile number (07973156936) and sending me txts to "call now!".  I missed the last call so phoned it back on my land line and told the lady I got through to what the deal was - she seemed very helpful but no idea if she actually did anything.  Maybe she will have removed me from the "database" (or more likely personal spreadsheet) she has but I have still since had a call from the mobile number.

Maybe worth calling the landline and having a go though?  If you've not tried registering with http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/ it may be worth it - seems to have stopped the bulk of rubbish I used to get.  (Took the address from http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/no-more-junk)

I Have just had a call from this number (01614767250) also asking me if i wanted to consolidate my debts when i advised i dont have any debts the 'gentleman' on the other end started to get rather agressive! He did not mention the company name but i will not be answering again!

cheeky gits asked me "Is there any reason why you're not lookign for anymore finance?" And she didn't like my answer... Ahem. I wasn't rude - just asked them not to ring again and to remove the number. We'll see I guess.

Calls me constantly everyday - Doing my nut in!

Just wanted to add my name to the list. I'm receiving these calls and texts too. It's bordering harassment! I have no debt but was overdrawn by £0.26 last month...Oh my god their after me!!!

these jokers kee calling me and like u they never speak on a call....their office number is 0800 2800 051 get them to remove u from their list and advise them u are registered with tps.

I started getting calls from this number recently seems like they start ringing around 8;30am and then continue all day.There is no doubt this is harassment. I've since joined the tps and am going to use the service for blocking unwanted numbers for the first month until the tps kicks in. Tried ringing the office number and it rings but someone just picks up the phone and puts it down. Going ring them some more just to annoy them.

Call me 8 to 10 times a day......doing my head in!  HAve told them to take me off their list.  Then they start callingme again asking for my husband!  Isnt there anything we can do??

I have had 54 calls in four days to my mobile from this lot! I answered it for the first time today, on my (ex directory, i may add!) home line. I asked the who they were and "James" said he was from Churchwood Finance and that he could offer me a loan for as much as i needed. I told him that i was not interested, then asked why he saw fit to call me 54 times in four days. He reckoned that they had only phoned me TWICE in four days, to which i replied (quite frankly) "that is bulls***, i'm looking at the missed calls log on my mobile right now!" He told me that there may have been other operatives trying to get hold of me to consolidate my finances, from other parts of the offices, but according to his records there had been just 2 calls, not 54! I told him today to remove both my home and mobile numbers from their systems and that if i receive any more calls i will be "seeking legal advice, as i consider your actions to be harrassment!" I wait with baited breath as to whether i get any more calls. 54 in four days is beyond a joke!!
