I got rid of them by answering the call sticking them on speaker phone and then chucking my phone in my desk draw until they got fed up of talking to themselves I have not received any calls since Hurrah

this people 3 time call me, in the night or morning. I just can't taked any more. i don't now why they call me i don't give my phone number.

I just had a missed call from this number so called them back. They said they understood I had taken a loan out in the last 10 years and they could claim me back £1500. I told them I had never had a loan but had had a finance agreement. The guy then asked for my address to send the claim form out which I gave him. He asked me for my finance agreement number which I said I did not have as I was at work so he asked me who I banked with which I told him. He then asked me my bank account number which I told him I was not prepared to give over the phone. He said he would call me back later when I have my agreement number to hand. I will not be answering. After reading other peoples comments I am a bit worried about him having my address and knowing who I bank with.

can somebody pleas tell me how theese compnay got our phones call. got people selling me loan insurcne, travlling deal, car, sex magazine, dvds. where do they got our number from? i thought UK govement has regulated some legelisations to protect personal information

i get called daily on my ex directory number, the caller always asks for "john" i tell him every day there is no john here but he just keeps calling

they keep calling me from several numbers asking for someone called Tony who is from Londno I keep telling them they have the wrong number but they wont listens starting to piss me off royaly! Though at least there was someone on the end of the line I supose/

Not sure who they are and how they got my mobile number but they are ringing daily and disturbing me at work.

same as everone else. Calls answer, silence miss call dont leave message. Isnt this classed as nusence calls or harrasment which is illegal ?

Didn't even speak, not the first time they have rung starting 2 piss me off.

number has called numerous times. not always on the same 7800 though.  ask for loan details, which bank I use etc They called back days later and spoke with my daughter and asked her for info, not just on her but both her parents. stay well well clear of them.

I dont actually receive a missed call from this number, it goes straight to voicemail which is weird.
They have left me a number to call back, something to do with loans... I have now also began to get voicemails from another number with regards to loans, the messages being recorded.
Its beginning to really annoy me!

some [***] about claims advisory service they usually hang up then you phone them back its a scam so save number under scamming [***] then dont answer it when they phone

01616567800 this number is Claims Advisory Service -  cold callers saying "they can help recover costs if you have been misold a loan".  I explained i was not interested due to the stress it would cause and its not worth it, the advisor said "that's what they are there for", i said "what at a cost" he said there "would be a fee"  not intereseted in this service and the fact they continue to call me is a joke.  I asked how they got hold of my number and the advisor told me its a database they buy.  So next time i will answer my phone and politley ask for them to remove my details!

Great site, thanks to you, i know now, just to end the call. They rang me twice today.

They are calling me 3 - 4 times a day so now as soon as I know its them, I don't say a word and just leave the phone off the hook with them still on the other end.
