getting persistent calls on my mobile from this number some days every 20 mins!

i got called by this number said they were claiming my loans. WTF am 16 years old only opened up my account.  What the dude said was that the loans i took out would be claimed by them in the last 10 years. i told him am 16 years old.  THEY HUNG UP ?!?!

Keep getting called about 5 times a day by this number, i have answered a few times but seem to get cut off everytime i answer - so i have just gave answering. Glad i came on here to see who they are as I have no interest in claiming etc. Bloody pests

I received a call from them the other day and asked them not to call me again. I got a missed call from them today

This telephone number (0161 656 7800) has been calling me constantly and I am getting extremely annoyed as (a) I have no idea who they are (b) they are calling my DIRECT LINE at WORK (which I do not give out to companies such as these probably are) and (c) my mobile number.  When you call the number, it just rings, there's no voicemail (conveniently) and there is a general message saying "the office is now closed" (er, at 2.30pm on a business day???) and, frankly, I just want it to stop.

I am happy to report these people to the appropriate authorities.  Perhaps someone could advise as to how I can take my numbers off of their (no doubt) illegally obtained mailing list.

This number called me saying theye could get me money back from finance agreements over the past 10 years. My number is registered with the TPS and therefore they are breaking the law.

This is a 'cold' call probably a company wanting to claim back Miss Sold Premium Protection Insurance that my have been attached to a Credit Card (CC)or Personal Loan. Probably miss sold because the advisor selling the policy may not have advised that it is the persons preogative to shop around for this protection. Another ploy is saying the insurance is 'a necessity for a successfull Loan or CC application - this is miss selling! Also, if you are in employment that pays full salary first 6months and half salary for second 6 month period of a lengthy illness, then there is no need for the protection.
If you have been sold protection in this way contact your lender and teel them that you want to claim back the premiums you have already paid as you have been the victim of unscruplious miss selling. The lender will probably say the will not repay the premiums so the next thing to do is contact the 'Office of Fair Trading (OFT)and as for a claim form (form ##80 or some such). When you feceive the claim form complete it and return to OFT who will process the claim for you at no cost!
Be warned firms such as Belmont Thornton will be happy to charge you 25% and THe Claims Advisory Group charge is 39% I believe both charges are subject to VAT for recovered money for the privelege, and these people can be quite abserbic if this in not paid in full 'Up Front'.
Also note if you have a delinquent loan the lender may have a ''Lean'' against any recovered PPI!

They've called twice this week now. I don't have any loans and I'm happily paying off a credit card I have..
I asked them to remove me from their database. Guy 1 seemed very annoyed at this and said "But we could save you money!" and I just repeated that I was requesting to be removed from their database. 2 days later [today] ANOTHER phone call. Guy 2 was a bit more polite. I told him that I had already asked to be removed from the database and he said he would make sure it was done.. I bet this isn't the last I hear from them!

Had a call at work from these people today, spoke very fast, avoided telling me how they got my details.  Told them they could send me a claim pack - to my work address.  wishing I hadn't now, but never mind, we have a shredder..........

I called Trading Standards and they advised me to call the Ministerial Justice Dept. on 01283 233 309 to check to see if they're registered.

Now that so many free PPI claims tools exist such as Which? Magazine's http://www.which.co.uk/campaigns/personal-fin ... ign/claim-back/ which gives you 100% of your claim back and ex-PPI sellers are contacting mis-sold PPI victims to compensate them direct, the bottom is about to drop out of the PPI claims market. This will hopefully mean that the dodgy CMM firms will stop calling you as they increasingly go under.

In this particular case, the company's accounts are also overdue, and they may be changing name again, or the company may simply be struck-off, as many of the director's previous companies have
been. Whatever the case, they are unlikely to bother you for much longer due to the huge number of complaints about them to the ICO, MOJ, FOS, TPS etc

Hi they said to me that they wand reduce my bills and offer me advice. I asked them where they got my number from and just said system..i asked again how got it into their system and told me that they can not provide me these information and that its looks as I am not interested of their service, promissed me that their company never ring back and hang up...timewasters
