I was about to make a purchase with these guys - to the tune of £8500! I'm glad I've read this forum....if they conduct themselves this professionally online then I sure as hell ain't trusting them with my windows.

Looks like this company have previous form for harassing people and trying to sell to people who have already purchased goods from them. People have made complaints of them phoning every half hour from 9am to 9pm and how they continue calling and harassing people after 4 years of being told to 'bog off'. They seem to ignore TPS and there are numerous reports to them being rude and aggressive with people. In addition there are comments suggesting their products are way overpriced! Thanks to this site they have now lost my custom.

This company have been harassing me and trying to force me into buying more windows from them for over three years. I have been promised over and over that they will take me off their calling lists and stop the calls. They are obviously either liars or at the very least inept. I am 72 years old and disabled and they won't leave me alone.

Report them to the Information Commissioner's Office.  It's quick and easyn via thewir website.  They give options as to how the calls affect you and one specifies distress and harassment.  Use that one.  The more people who report these cowboys the better as the ICO can issue very large fines.

Do not believe a word this company says! Pure con men! ... There is no such thing as buy one get one free... Or any deal for that fact! .. SafeStyle charge £350 per window, £750 for a door, and £1000 for a security door.. Work it out, if you have been offered a BOGOF offer, and your windows were more than £350, THEY HAVE ROBBED YOU!!

Had a quote from Safestyle approx 4 years - far too dear so told them I didn't want their windows and got another window company far cheaper to do the job.  Even now they still ring me to see if I want to take them up on their offer.  Luckily I have caller display so don't answer there calls.  They go quiet for a while (no phone calls) then start mythering me again.  

Oh my god! I am utterly Appauled, I purchases 4 windows off SafeStyle about 6 months back, the service from start to finish was disgusting! .. The frames and glass was scratched and chipped, called them up to tell them and they still haven't sent anybody out!! And now, I'm getting bombarded with calls from this number, so I thought I would see who it was, and it's this CRAP company again, and I am Appauled at what I've read! Disgraceful company! AVOID!!!!!!!

Safe style uk are now calling my Mum ona regular basis ,all based on a cold doorstep call in February 2014. Apart from the sign on the window saying NO cold calling,they insisted on giving her a quote for new  doors written on a very scruffy A4 sheet of paper. They have now acquired her phone number and are calling on a regular basis ,at the age of 88 and rather on the frail side , having spoken to their sales people I think it's fair to say they cannot comprehend the stress they are causing and probably don't care. I can say this is a company I will never have any dealings with or their offshoot Virgo.

They really don't know how to take NO for an answer.

This is Safe Style Windows & Doors. They called saying someone had come round (they had) and given us a quote for a new door (they didn't). They had already called once about that visit that we never asked for.

I responded to a cold caller at the door, I said ok to a visit from a salesman to get a quote.  The guy called me on the telephone to confirm the appointment and I agreed, then he asked if my wife would be present, which I thought was strange.
When I said she wouldn't he said that he couldn't attend without my wife being present.  I assume the pushy "sales" takes place in that environment.
I then said "don't bother then"

We then went to another company (Clear View in Leyland) who did a great job and Safe Style lost over £4500 of business!!

They must be very stupid people.

You may work for Safe Style however when you are 88years of age and you get call after call every week from the same company ,I trust you won't complain. your associates in telesales are a pain in the a*** full of high pressure sales people .Clearly they are stupid enough not to understand that being on pension credits and attendance allowance and Dementia means you are vulnerable .Not a rich cow to be milked for every £ you have!!!!!

Wow you did the right thing ,was a close call though ,hope you don't get alll the telesales phone calls like my 88 year old mum now gets .this has been going on for 2 years now.

The language used by Mr??? Patel and his friends is disgusting I have been hounded by this company for years
