5 calls from this number in total today - what a pain. Can they be blocked?

I enquired on line as I am approaching retirement and looked at how much we could equity release.

Since then at least 10 calls with no message left from these people.

And "Bob" cant even spell, wouldn't trust him with a pushchair never mind my £500,000 equity!

So, looks like they will be the last people I will talk to when we are actually going to set up an equity release deal in a few weeks time!

People use the online calculators then enter DUMMY names, addresses and numbers to get estimates without being troubled by callers and mail. NOT Key Retires fauly at all.

Don't care who they are they're a pain in the bum ring my number and don't say anything can hear noises in the background so obviously a call centre/office so rude not to acknowledge me answering my phone

Whoever they claim to be it is not a call from Microsoft.

This company is becoming a real pro lem, they continue to call my number every 1\2 hour.  Spoke to them direct and told them to take my number of mailing and phone list but they still persist on calling my home number.  Best thing to do is to report them to the Fsa and get a reference number from them.

Two calls received from these irritating people, whoever they are, in as many days. Obviously nuisance calls - no response when I answered the 1st and I let the 2nd one just ring out. One could do without these timewasters.
