I have had the day off work today and this number has telephoned me 3 times today by 1:00pm. Please tell them to stop calling my number!!!!!

Who should tell 'them' to stop calling your number????

Don't answer suspicious numbers or block them.

Genuine company they may be, and I did fill in an enquiry form on the Radio Times website, but my gripe is that for several days they have been calling and leaving no message on my answerphone. If someone calls and I'm not in the room where the phone is, it will go to voicemail before I get there, and in any case I don't pick up on unknown numbers unless the caller speaks first, or leaves a message. In the end I got fed up of these calls so I rang back and said that it may be company policy not to speak to answerphones, but I regarded that as bad manners and my poilicy is not to do business with bad mannered companies. They should remove my number from their contact list.

I have just had a phone call from this company asking for Joe Bloggs - obviously someone putting false details on the website but the caller wasn't clever enough to realise that.

In the last 2 days I have received 9 missed calls from this number.
This is after doing a a equity release online enquiry, with Key Solutions.

Have had 10 calls in a week on my mobile they are on the reject list but they are still insistent.

Keeps calling me everyday .. [***] mate!

Whether or not its from a registered company this is a nuisance call and action can be taken. I have also registered with the TPS and am regularly finding this number on my phone. If it's a nuisance call you are allowed to do something about it. and if using social media able to bring it to the attention of others.

What a nuisance this bunch of wasters are - called about 10 times today alone, don't speak if you answer and just call randomly despite blocking them ongoing - will never use Key Retirement for anything at all if this is the way they operate

I also had thje call back after filling in the on line form, I told them my curiosity had been satisfied with the on line enquiry and do not ring again, to be fare they haven't since in over a week now but I look forward to future negative conversations with them.

Please don't keep ringing as I do not answer calls from numbers that I don't recognise.

The telephone number is for key retirement solutions. They don't cold call.  However, as a retired broker, who has responded to 'online enquiries' in the past, I did have to apologise a number of times because the information I had on the form in front of me was not genuine. The industry is at fault because its online calculator requires so much personal information to be entered before an answer is provided, people put in anything just to bypass that section, make up names, telephone numbers & email addresses. Unfortunately, some of the 'made-up' information can actually turn out to be 'real' just not the person who filled in the form. I accept there are scammers about and we all need to be vigilant but sometimes the person on the other end of the phone, thinks they are responding to a genuine enquiry.

Your assertion you are "a retired broker", combined with you explaining the callers "thinks they are responding to a genuine enquiry.", you have me thinking you are a shill either for Key Retirement or for a leads generator making the calls.

From what I can gather this is the UK version of a reverse mortgage. None of the numbers listed on their website correspond to this number.  They have some interesting things on their website including a statement that they are against modern slavery! :)

Does that mean older forms of slavery are OK?  Maybe even debtors prison?  I am not sure this position represents progress...
