i got a call from the number mentioned above offering me loans till payday plus many others like this av txted many like these to tell them stop but they seem to pass my details to other company without my say so how do i stop these companies from contacting me

Been getting these calls as i've listed below: They started on the 29th December 2011.

7x on 29/12/11
4x on 30/12/11
15x on 07/01/12
1x on 09/01/12

I've not answered any of them as I have set my mobile to reject all calls that are not on my contacts list.

I have been reading through previous messages on this site and the only thing I can confirm is that they have nothing to do with www.backontrackfinancial.com as this is an american company and I have had an email from them stating they do not do business outside the US.

The only thing left to do to try and stem the flow of unwanted calls and texts is to change my number very reluctunt to do this as i'v had the number for 11 years and only just started to have a problem with it.

Have had these people ringing me since just before Christmas, asking for my husband on my mobile number :(.... Have told them on numerous occasions not to call on this number again, but they still insist on ringing about 5 times a day now. Apparently they are something to do with loans, which I don't want or need.. Please, please could someone out there stop these companies from plagueing myself and others.

I keeps getting calls from this number 01788220339 on my landline. No one is ever there when I answer but I can see that it's some sort of debt consolidation. I am not overly impressed as no company like that should have my number. I am ex directory and only give my number out to people I need/want to talk to.

my girlfriend has been getting phonecalls from this number and they say nothing so i rang them giving them murder saying i wanted to make a complaint for harrasment, they recognised my number and called me by name. they asked about my outstanding debts which i said i'm dealing with but there was no chance i was able to make a complaint

been called a number of times off 017688220339 no one`s talked on the other end....gonna start telling them where to go and see what happens!

Just had a call from this number pain in the [***] told them to get a life

I also had this number call me about 10mins ago. And also yesturday which i did answer. Not sure who they are as i couldnt understand i word, so hung up.

They keep on calling me however they never say anything!! They are the baine of my life!! I really hate this number!

they called me today just before dinner, so i said im just about to eat can you call me back? he said yeh and still waiting, dont think he likes me :(

I have just recieved a call from this number and it does seem very suspicious. thet wouldnt tell me how they got my details and when i told them their web address was not on google they said let me check the internet??!  when they called back i told them i wasnt interested and they just said o.k then. i was very inquizative so i think they knew i was on to them, dont believe everything what you here and dont always give your bank details out unless you are certain.

Rang the number back and the phone was answered by a chap in India called Kevin!

I've not even applied for a payday loan or any other form of loan or credit! Looks like they are buying data from all over the place!

they get your number iv youve ever applied for a loan on PAYDAYLOANS.UK, i never actually submitted the loan details but they got my number anyhow, just blocked it after 15 calls in 2 days.
