They have just called me too. They said they from the "Approvals Team" and he was sorry but my loan has been declined. I asked which loan and he said he didn't know. He gave me a website www.backontrackfinancials.co.uk which surprisingly doesn't exist! I told him it wasn't online and he said they are having technical difficulties.
The call centre is in India and apparently they get details from a commercially available database. When I said I am registered with TPS he said he didn't know what that was but couldn't get off the phone quick enough! Does anyone know who they are as I would really love to report them!!!

It doesnt matter if you are TPS REGISTERED if they are not selling you anything, They are debt helpers so are not selling you anything so can call you if they want to. It is a common mis conception that if you are tps registered then no one can call you. They can just as long as you cant buy anything as a result of the call made to you.

it doesnt matter that you are tps registered, you can not buy anything as a result of their call so it doesnt matter to them if you are tps registered. they are not breaking any rules/laws, they are offering you a service not anything to buy. So they can call when they want to.

missed the phone call so I phone back, phone gets answered and the I get hung up on! Try again and all I can hear is noise in the background. Very annoying!!

I have had repeated calls from this number for about 3 weeks now, on the few occassions I have answered they are offering debt advice, I advised that I was not interested and they should remove my details but the calls continue.  Getting very very annoying now.  They just called again so I answered ready to give them a mouthful but there was no one there.

The number is from a debt management company, I advise you to contact debt management yourself or look at govourment schemes

This number is a pain the ass! STOP RINGING PEOPLE. I was waiting for a really important call and you keep blocking my line!

I have just had a call from this number, spoke to a man with Indian accent. Said a loan for £3000 had been taken out in my name but declined. Told him I had not applied for any loans in years. I asked which company it was that the loan was supposed to be with, but he said he didn't have that information, so I asked him how he knew I had supposedly applied for a loan. He then transferred me to another bloke with an Indian accent called Kevin !! who went through it all again.  He wanted to know if I had debt on my credit card, so told him I had no debts. He said someone had tried to get a loan in my name so had I checked a credit reference agency, (didn't catch the name of the agency). I told him I had access to credit reference agencies at work.  He then terminated the call.  Obviously trying to dupe people into signing up & paying for a credit reference report.

my partner keeps getting calls from this number they say it is the approval team for a loan so he hung up when he phoned them back he asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on him 2 times when he did speak to someone and got through to a manager he said he wanted his details removed now lets see if they fone again

i also recieved a call from this number.
They also said that they were calling with regard to my recent loan application.

i knew it was suspicious so just hung up

i had a call from these at 7am this morning to my mobile, not impressed being woken up by these clowns! i didnt answer tho! think i will be putting phone on silent from now on! idiots

Hi All Concerned !!!!

Like U all I got missed call after mised call etc over last 2 days when spoke with female she declained to say who SHE was ! Am I the KGB ??? Who THEY were & WHY were they calling me ...

Last night near 18:00 BST I rang the Rugby fone number only to get a drawling slow talking young man possibly Texan or more likely Utah/Arizona who said THEY were 'Back haul Track Finance' NOT in Rugby (since I kept my call short n to the point !!! unlike him ...)

He said that I had applied for a loan 2 weeks ago and that he was now not here to offer me finance .... but ????

Lord alone knows I excused my self and eneded the call ...

impression I have is that I did not apply for a loan and have never ever heard of this outfit ... It has to be some kind of scam to hook you into some dodgy deal !! To be avoided like the plague ALL !!!!!!!!!!

I missed a call this morning, then answered one about 15 minutes ago!  He said I had been refused a £5K loan, but they could help with bad credit!!  What bad credit, I don't have any!  I said I had been in hospital for the last week and therefore if there was a loan application then someone had stolen my identity and I was worried.  He just waffled on about how they could help with my bad debt ................. how rude - I'm concerned about someone trying to get £5K in my name and he couldn't care less!!

I understand that these types of companies, once they have managed to speak with a real person - whatever your response, rude or otherwise, sell your number on to another unscrupulas company as 'live' (because they spoke to someone) so definately go with not answering - otherwise it will be never ending!!

I have had numerous calls over the past couple of weeks from these idiots claiming that I have been declined for a loan.  Every time I ask them to remove my details they hang up on me, I eventually called back furious and spoke to yet another indian man that could barely understand me, I kept reiterating that I wanted my number removed, he started shouting at me that I didn't understand and that they could help me! Angry doesn't come close.

Had a call off these today from a Tanya at back on track, saying she can write off my debt using goverment leglislation, and guarantee me an IVA  (i know my way round debt and you cant gaurantee anything) but what was strange she said the company was back on track etc, then at the end saying they are on behalf of Debt advisory line. I Have no debt. but they get most o your details if you register for loans or credit online, Funny thing is im running an experiment on who calling me from what internet sites. and these debt companies are calling me now, from a fake form i filled in which informed me i had won an IPAD 2. sneaky
