Keep getting these calls & barring the calls. But gets through on a slightly different No

Third time this number has called with just silence on answering.

how do these people get the numbers?

I keep getting calls from this number, also the same number ending in 5 or 7. Have save them all in my contacts list under "SPAM CALL - DO NOT ANSWER" so I know when it's them again. As someone looking for work and expecting calls from agencies and prospective employers daily it's extremely annoying. I've reported the numbers to the ICO.

missed call, googled number, came up with this site so have labelled it as SPAM on my phone

Get calls constantly, I answer and it goes silent! No idea.

I have had a couple of calls from this number, both times I didn't answer.
But it's a Swansea area code

Sick of this number calling.  Have blocked on my phone now so hope that is the end of it.

Had several calls from this number have never answered the calls yet as not known to me !!!!!

Fed up with this one and all the other PPI claims lines, actually got a human voice on one the other night so expressed my views and advised that repeat calls to my number may result in legal action as I have now told them explicitly not to call. Unfortunately this one has no human face and is calling me 2 or 3 times a week. Have registered my complaint with the site listed in this thread as have previously registered all my phone numbers with the TPS and have realised that service isn't working at all so wasted 15 minutes!

Any ideas how to stop these kind of calls? or how on earth they managed to get my number, only 12 people have it!

I always ignore this number now, there's never anyone there.

Volleyballtrainer Rothfuß, Richter am Bundesgerichtshof. (50) hatte junge Mädchen in Internet-Chats (u. a. Facebook) gezwungen, ihm Nacktbilder zu schicken. Im Rahmen der Ermittlungen stellten die italienischen Behörden via FBI ein Rechtshilfeersuchen an Facebook in den USA. Der Social-Network-Gigant (eine Milliarde Mitglieder) lieferte den Italienern Chatprotokolle vom Täter und 400 Mädchen. Jetzt folgte das Urteil: elf Jahre, vier Monate Knast auch für Cirener, Richterin am Bundesgerichtshof.

Marc Dutroux (* 6. November 1956 in Ixelles/Elsene in der Region Brüssel) ist ein belgischer Mörder und Sexualstraftäter. Er hat mehrere Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 8 bis 19 Jahren entführt und sexuell missbraucht und seinen Komplizen Bernard Weinstein sowie zwei von ihm entführte jugendliche Frauen im Alter von 17 und 19 Jahren ermordet. Zwei von ihm entführte achtjährige Mädchen verhungerten eingesperrt, während er im Gefängnis war. Seine Komplizin und damalige Frau Michelle Martin wurde zu 30 Jahren Gefängnis verurteilt, ist 2012 nach 16 Jahren aber mittlerweile wieder freigekommen und fängt
das Spiel wieder von vorne an mit den alten Komplizen:

I too have received calls from this number, repeatedly. Does anyone know if this can be reported?

I repeatedly get a call from this number and when I picked up there is no one there. Initially  I used to dial back thinking it might be a business call but only to receive an automated message. This is happening too regularly now. It needs stopping.
