I have missed several calls from this number - answered today and as soon as i heard the PPI message i hung up.

whats wierd is when i hung up my iphone screen froze when i pressed "end call"

tonight i noticed that when i made a call the same number was at the top of the screen, almost like a conference call!? it gave me the option to "swap" on my screen which has never happened before!???

im so wary of scams and being caught up in something dodgy - really worried now!!!

this number calls daily to my mobile, I don't answer, if I do nobody answers, they never leave a message. Nuisance caller!!!

The numbers are actually on invomo network, now called GCI telecom group.

I suggest that complaints are made to :-

to get them to remove their phone spammers.

The fact that the "people" calling always hang up when requesting details from them means that you can happily call it GCI.

If GCI are watching, do something.

Received a message RE a missed call from these, this is to a brand new phone on a new number (that I didn't even know myself) that hadn't even been delivered at the time of the call! Reported

These scammers just have systems that ring numbers in sequence or at random, so they will always dial numbers that don't exist - or have just been provided.

Equally, telecoms companies re-use numbers after only a few months of a previous owner - so it's not that unlikely to be called.

loads of calls from this number but i don't answer

over the past 2 weeks have been receiving calls from this number one day had 14 have tried calling number but engaged

Almost daily receive a call to my mobile ....Now becoming extremely annoying

01792211845 same company. I've tried calling back from my number witheld phone and no surprises, both numbers constantly engaged.
I add these numbers to my caller id phone as spam 1, spam 2 etc so will never need to answer the pests.

Calls every day and a hangs up

Numerous calls on my work mobile over the last few months.  Happens at least once every other day, but the worst I've had from this number is 4 calls in a day.

Terrible thing is that it's a work mobile, and one may think it is a business call ... but not of course, which is frustrating.

Land line and mobile!! My family are from Swansea and I keep thinking something's wrong!! It's got to stop

Got a call from 01792 211846 - they're calling me most weeks. I don't answer.

Whenever I ask to be removed from this company's phone list the line goes dead so I decided a different tactic was in order.

This is a company by the name of PPI Advice line. I was so annoyed by the repeated calls that I actually answered their call and played along and had them send me out a pack with their details on and everything.

Calls my mobile every couple of weeks, I never answer it! Annoying though.

Unknown party (other victims say that it's a PPI schpiel) calls my mobile regularly.  I am very deaf and my phone is used only in emergency.  I do not answer unidentified callers, but every time my mobile rings, my first thought is that disaster has befallen one of the eight people who have my number.
