What a bunch of scumbags!
Phoned me told, asked to be removed from database, phoned me again 10 mins later.
This country is screwed 0 everyone thinking they can get something for nothing - STOP CLAIMING AND GET A JOB!

Whenever I get these types of calls I just save them as Spam on my phone hence you know who they are as they continually call. Sometimes if they keep calling I asked the lady if her panties are wet, that soon stops them calling...

These people phoned, I said I had nothing to offer, no contract for payment protection, etc. The guy would not let it go.  I was nice in the beginning, but he was rude, pushy and insisited I had been charged for some sort of plan.  I have not borrowed from anyone for years, and last time I did there were none of these plans out there. Anyway, I said please don't call anymore as it was really getting  annoying.  He said again in a rude voice he would conitnue to call, and then I let the idiot have a mouth full.  And he have up.  Best thing I should have done is not be nice from the beginning and just hung up on the idiot.  This in no way to HELP get money back to unfortunate people who got done by these plans, this is harrasement, nothing more.  You sound rather like someone who is trying to defend yourself or a friend, one of them are you?

Who calls me??

Picked up a call from this number and after background noise like a busy office they hung up.

Am so fed up of this number 01792 311560 ringing.

Have read all of the posts on here and feel that something should be done against companies like this.

I think next time they ring I will put some of the suggestions on here into practice.

This number keeps calling me, I ignore it everytime, then tonight they left a voicemail so I listened to it, some daft idiot suddenly yells out what sounds like rose down the phone. Lots of background sounds, and I got the feeling someone was mucking around with the caller or something becuase there was some heavy breathing going on. I'm amused whoever they, they cost ME money just to pick up the voicemail. If it is PPI, I'm sending them an invoice for my time wasted listening to an idiot yelling down my phone line.

Sorry in my post above I menat to say I was NOT amused whoever they were ect.... again IDIOTS, BUGGER OFF...

As soon as I realise who these types of calls are I just go into pervert mode & ask what colour their underwear is & whether they are getting 'serviced' on a regular basis etc. They soon sod off. :)

a silent call from who? it is a BT Swasea number and they could stop them if they wanted to.

just got a call from 01792311560 they left no message.

This number has called me twice within 9 minutes. they are trying to make me claim for PPI mis payments. I told the first guy I wasn't interested and to take my number of the system. He said 'You're not interested in free money' I repiled that I just wasnt interested in claiming through them and started to ask again for them to remove my number from their system and he ended the call. Second time a different bloke (they were both welsh) called and I told him rudely not to ring again and put the phone down.

we'll see what happens.

another 9 minutes another call. He said I am entitled to £1000's of pounds. No info on any loans I've had. I never buy the payment protection anyway as it was a load of crap when they did sell it.

Again, I've requested to take my number off their system... Again they properly won't. He hung up half way through asking. I'm going to try and email their head office then I'm going to email watchdog on BBC1

keep getting calls from this number very inconvenient times now getting beyond a joke.

Buy yourself a referee's type whistle. Once they have stated who they are inform them you have the whistle. Tell them if they ever call again you will blow the whistle down the phone, then hang up. I've never had one call again.

Received a call from this number yesterday evening, quite a persistent person. I was firm and polite, said goodbye and hung up.  I too haven't taken any PPI out.  I believe the company has been calling during the day and has now realised that because I go to work (and listen to sales people all day there too) we may be called in the evening instead.  Oh joy personified!

Is there anyway that one could make a 'small claims court' for the amount of times they call and keep one from whatever one is trying to do...work etc....leave my work and go to phone, pick up...etc....plus time trying to find out who they are, stress, annoyance - calling an unlisted number,  invasion of privacy....... if we all took out a claim for £100 each...these companies would soon stop
