Just had a call from these people, she said who she was calling with and just wanted to give me some information as their records showed that I had had a loan or credit card with payment protection plan - NEVER had either when I explained this she said that is strange did you ever apply for a card or loan and I said no and I never had since I had lived in the UK, she again said that it was strang and then said I will remove your number.

First of all where are they getting their information from and obviously they have my Name and Information about me that they shouldn't have so somewhere there has to be a breach in Data protection.

Must be a scam and shame on the companies that sell on information and in my opinion information that should not have been sold on as We ALWAYS tick the DO NOT CONTACT box or make sure it is noted that we do not want to be contacted by outside companies.

And by chance if someone from thier company is reading this (as is the case sometimes) In most cases if people had a problem with the PPP they would have already contacted someone about it and do not want to be harrassed at home with phone calls - and also to be calling OAP's as well who may be easily led ...

Funny enough the lady on the phone asked if I had seen the adverts on tele or in the paper - Yes I have and to be honest I have also seen on watchdog and the consumer watchdog site to be WARY of phone calls offering help to claim on PPP that were missold ... TSK TSK

I think I might contact BBC's Watch Dog and file a story with them - and let them also look into it I am sure their researchers can come up with a LOT more information then we can

i have had the same number ring me and when i rang it back they just put the phone down. they rany me at 8.30pm!

constant phone calls on my mobile... Where do they get your number from..?? Just tried to call back and it sounded like they were in a pub or something!!

How do you stop it?

What exactly do they get out of making all these phone calls?
Who the hell is moronic enough to make them in the first place?
How thick skinned are they to put up with all the punishing insults they receive by doing so?.
After reading   these website comments I think they are being torn apart by the people they ring up.
The callers are the real victims.
I could feel sorry for them but I prefer to smirk at their immature behaviour knowing  what they do makes  me look so much more superior to them.
Oh I am so sorry caller - isn't that supposed to be your role? That's so unfair isn't it?

I answered a call from these guys, and spoke to them about claiming money back and about 3 weeks ago i got a cheque for £3,456.89. They are ok if you deal with them properly.

I am on the TPS list. These people are a nuisance. They have called TWICE today.
I got their company name out of them and REPORTED THEM.
I advise everyone else to do so.

We've had umpteen calls from these SCUM, phoned them back twice asking them to remove our number from their list but the calls are still coming despite having their number on our Calls Barred List.

If we get anymore we will ask Vodaphone to bar them, and say if they don't we'll change network

caller rang 4 times within 1 hour from 4 different sales people saying that i had taken out payment protection insurance and was now entitled to a refund - i have never taken out any kind of payment protection on anything as i am not covered being self employed - these people are a nuisance. Hang on phone ringing again - same company glad i have caller display so now won't even bother answering.

I di once however not with this company told them to wait a minute whilst i went to get the person they asked for and left them for for over an hour - they never rang back and it was their phone bill they rran up

i had a call from this no - I answered because I have family in Swansea and thought it was one of them but it was a PPI claim thing. Chris from We Claim UK, he said. He told me they were funded by the Ministry of Justice! I thought that was a bit dodgy...

I am sick and tired of this number phoning my house phone. I dont pick it up anymore and they wont leave a message on the answer phone.
I dont know how to block them, If anyone does please reply.

phone rang-I answered it with home number in error-no sound,then phone went dead

Just had a call from this 'Company', i use the term loosely.
Quite used to 'Companies' like this calling so have perfected a nice little routine.
I answer the call and am pleasant in all responses, i then 'ring' the doorbell and ask them to hold while i answer the door. I put the phone/handset down and then walk away. You can hear them chatting and it's their bill which is being hammered if you hold the line open. Longest it has taken for a caller to hang up is 10mins. Seems to work as i do it everytime i hear a voice at the other side of the phone.

Just had a call from these so and so "refund" merchants.  Told them I have no loans or even a credit card.  They tried to talk over me.  There should be some form of "watchdog" to stop these - words fail me!!

i am recieving several calls a day from this number. Whenever i call them back its just a message.
personally i am sick to the back teeth with the constany ringing when i am obviously not interested in the service that they offer
