same as the rest of you girls but they are also ringing my landline so I'm preety annoyed as we are ex directory.  Anyone know how to report these and to whom?

text comes from 07918907225 and landline number 01792 473533 - funny these started after I'd reg'd with TPS for other annoying calls on my landline

Hello just to let you know that Claim management UK are back to their tricks again.

I have recieved a phone call from Orange mobile number: 07813 087909. I then spoke to a very polite Welsh man who started to ask me about any outstanding finance I had, taken out before 2007. I explained that I only had one such finance agreement. he then proceeded to ask what balance was left on this agreement, as nothing could be done for balances less than £1000.

I expleined that there was more than that, he therefore went through getting information about supplier and details and then called back again to explain that there was a 95% chance that they will get the balance written off in full. And so if I wanted to go ahead with this i simply had to call 01792 473533 to speak to the Legal Team. They would then go through the whole process with me and take my payment for legal expenses £420.

I questioned their reliability and was told that due to their investigations they would not have even volunteered their services if they were not sure of a guaranteed settlement... i was therefore told i had till 4pm today (27/11/09) to take advantage of this offer... I assume there must be a 'best before' on finance settlement cases...
