Just topped my cr on my new PAYG with Vodafone, I have never had one of these calls before,could it be tied up with Vodafone ? At least I know now who it was from.

just got my second call of the day from these people they hung up about 2 seconds after i answered on both occasions ?
I thought predictive dialling was being made illegal ?

There a pain in the [***], they rang me 7 times yesterday, from 10.30am to 8.00pm, i googled the number and found this haha

Finally after many many calls, i called this company back to tell them to stop calling me as it is driving me mad, i spoke to the sales mgr who told me i was a busybody, after i told him about this website and all the comments about his company,. just loged the complaint with ofcom, may i suggest everyone else does this as they need a certain number of complaints in order to act.p.s my contract isnt even up till jan next year.

Me too - she was telling me my contract was up for renewal - I told her it wasn't!  Will log with ofcom and will bar number....

I don't know where they get details from - they have only been calling last couple of days and I'm with Vodafone.  I'm always cautious though as I've been duped into phone insurance by a similar company who gave me the impression that they were Vodafone - also a Swansea based company!

i have blocked the number on my phone but it still keeps coming through!!! v frustrating

They keep bloody calling me. I pick up and they hang up, i meen wtf! Who the hell are there??? And how did they get my number...

These guys have just started phoing me, fortunately I was too busy to answer, and managed to google before I got involved in what is obviously a complete waste of everybody's time.
WHY CAN'T OFFCOM DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE NUISANCE CALLS??

i think your all sad for comin on ere, i work for splash and they aint as bad as other call centres. All you have to say is no and we remove your numbers. Get a new life if your that sad to come on ere are rite like.

I've just had a call from this number and guy said he was calling from 'Splash' something or other from thr '3' network. He said he understood my contract was due to expire? When I said it wasnt he was actually quite apologetic and didnt ask any further questions.  Suppose it just depends on the sales person.

i just got 1 too! despite whether people are apologetic and just doin their jobs, the company is in breach of the data protection act! i'm with 02 and have never signed anything to permit the disclosure of my personal information, or signed up to a none trusted organisation with these details! therefore whether or not they are as bad as other call centres, they are aquiring personal data illegally and therefore should be procecuted! i emplore any team member of splash to prove otherwise...and also for any one receiving such calls to lodge a complaint!

I don't answer calls that I don't recognise: glad I went looking for this on the net. I imagine it would be something to do with my mobile phone contract. I am with Vodaphone but I don't know how a rival company would get my details. Only one call so far but I wouldn't be surprised if they kept calling!

I wonder if they get your details from somewhere else? I've just put my phone number in Autotrader, and hey presto, the calls from this number have begun!

this number called 3 times yesterday and again today even after telling them to stop calling as i wasn't interested and busy!

They called me again, I've only had my mobile number a couple of weeks so haven't even gave it out yet, confused, I am!! well i've blocked it now as a nuicance caller.

Have had 6 missed calls in the last day from this Swansea number, don't know who it is or what they want, try to ring them back and got some low muffled answerphone....

Does anybody know what we can do legally or officially to get them to stop? i thought such calls were against the law?

who the hell are these. I work for a large mobile phone company with no affiliation to this company and get my contract from work.

go on the website and click MPS and register your number.

This is not a scam is a self funded organisation, and it works on your home number also.

it takes 28 days for your number to be registered, BUT it doesnt stop marketing calls from over sea's contact centers.

It really does work, but you still have to be careful when you sign up or add details on forms that you tick the correct box to stop your number being placed on lists again, You are able to complain to TPS if you get calls you have not asked for, read the TPS site before you register..

And its FREE!!

I keep getting this call aswell, ive only ever answered once and i was in a very loud skatepark and she hung up straight away n tried ringing again the following day, havent they got anything better to do.

had loads of calls from this number 01792761030 no idea who it and their not leaving any messages.

How have they got my number??????? really getting annoyed now
