Just got a phone call from splash online and I am already registered with TPS. I have report Mobiles 4 You, another Swansea firm, with a very similar number.
Perhaps Trading Standards in Swansea could close them down.
I do feel sorry for the people who work for them, must be awful cold calling people and getting insulted on an daily basis, can't be many decent jobs there.

Seems trange to get a call from a company from Mobiles Direct (who by the way I asked to leave me alone twice earlier in the week and remove my details!!) and then from this 01792761030 number. When you try to call back you get this low sounded answer machine message. If, as some said earlier who works for them, when you ask them to remove details & not contact you again - WHY do they still do it???

They/it called me today, put it down on me. I googled it, found thid forum and will put the phone down on them first.

Got a call from a foreign sounding chap, telling me that my contract was up in a month. I know full well that my contract is up beginning of January 2009.  Why do these annoying B***ARDS just get a real job and stop annoying the normal people.

Just lost my rag with the caller from this number as I have been receiving various phone calls on a daily basis for the last 2 months regarding my mobile phone renewal.  Every time they ring me i tell them to take my number off their database as my phone contract is not up for renewal (in fact it has another 13 months left to run).  I would NOT accept a phone contract or a free phone from this company just because of the pure agro they have caused me.  I have now registered with the TPS so hopefully my torment will soon come to an end.  My advice is to hang up on them whenever they ring.  This is harassment and something should be done to prevent nuisance callers getting our numbers.  I am sending their details and my complaint to watchdog and i suggest you all do the same.

These people keep on phoning me and will not leave me alone. I haven't answered as I don't know the number but it is getting to be a right pain in the ***

Repeated calls to my number. I would love to know how they get it because I am extremely careful with my private data.

Two calls in 10 days; one I missed, the second I answered byut they didnt reply. Do I get charged for this?

I had 2 calls from this number today, i didnt answer them as i didnt know the number... Just typed the number into google and this came up!!?!..... Does anyone know who it is and how they have got peoples contact numbers? It is a joke!!!!

PS: Ive also tried calling them back a few times and you'll find that the message on the phone is very quiet so i called it back a few times.... im now wondering if i'll get massively charged for this! ALSO: is everybody on here signed up with PHONES 4 U?????

I was on holiday in Spain and I got the call twice, luckily my phone was in a drawer, and I didn't answer, otherwise I would have paid to receive the calls. What a bunch of [***]. Was going to phone to see who it was, but thought I would google it first. God bless the internet!!!

Just managed to get phones4u off my backs after getting calls off them like a million times a day. my contract is actually under my mums name but with my bank details so when i finally snapped and answered and they asked for my mum I told them that she had been sectioned. the fella on the other side of the phone didnt seem to quite grasp what I was saying and asked when I would next be seeing her?!?! So i told them she was going to be in hospital for quite a long time and that seemed to do the trick!!! BUT all of a sudden 3 days later I've got this number on my case now, trying to think what I can tell them this time hmmm....

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks now and also while I was i on holiday so I'm glad I didn't answer! I got my phone from phones 4 u and am on vodafone but my contract is not due for renewal yet!! I'm glad I googled the number and found this site!

Had a few calls from this number now, just googled it to find out the area code and found all this. its a joke, how can i get them to stop calling if blocking them doesnt even work?!
