most of which are SCAM CALLS routed from india call centers mainly

the best way to get your money back is contact your credit card company an let them pursue them for fraud as that is what they are a bunch of bandits committing fraud , dont fall for this scam,

I have received several calls from this number.  I asked nicely to be removed from their calling list and the women today was  very rude and said in a patronising way 'you're on the public register and electoral role - I cannot remove you from those' to which I responded calmly 'remove me from YOUR call list... why bother continuously calling people who have expressed they are not interested in your services.' The women then screamed down the phone to me ' are you always like this'.  Am on the line to their head office trying to file a formal complaint and get removed from their call list....

This has SCAM written all over it.  If it isn't one they should fire everyone I've been in contact with on their telephone sales team...

£2,890.00 They had off of us, for us now to find out they have surrender their licence. Spoke to ministry of justice this morning. Not sure what the chances are of getting this money, or where to go next at trying. Help if anyone got any ideas. Lifestyle Claims what a joke !!

Theyve just started up again with same employees calling themselves Redhawk Finanancial also in Swansea.

life style claims- i paid them upfront fee of £250.00 for ppi claim said it would take 90days not to worry if dont hear from them that was in aug.
i feel i was sucked in told me to read mjoc  gave me  aweb site to read gave me a ref 16588 i spoke to welsh guy  called john ross. When i told him id think about it he put his manager on gly nn winn he then gave me an authorisation code 616985  and they could be contacted anytime on 01792763496. i was sucked in dont listen to them  i feel such a fool....

could someone tell me if Redhawk Finanancial (Lifestyle) is Redhawk legal in swansea?

Lifestyle claims took £780 from my creditcard back in March 2012.  I then had to go abroad for the past 6 months.  Can anyone help on how to get the money refunded.  Their number seems engaged all the time.  What are the procedures for a refund?  How do we contact if the company's gone into liquidisation?

I think we should all put a stop to this company LifeStyle Company trading as RedHawk Financial. I live not very far from them. In fact, I will pay them a visit and do some investigation on them. Let's get the watchdog on them!!

Hi Roz, You can request a chargeback from your credit card provider, they will then claime the money back on your behalf. The fact that they are now trading as Redhawk Legal must be stopped!

Heya i used to work for lifestyle claims until they dismissed me for being to nice to people like yourselves ... I believed they was a lagit company until resently .. I am still friendly with staff working there an they have changed there name 3 times in last few months and have told staff that they have to say they have never heared of life style claims .. Im feeling terrible about the leads that i put through espacialy seems one of them was my own mum .. The managers feed the staff full of rubbish and make there staff believe it and the company is actually called cellcom comunications its bassed in llansamlet in swansea ... They just have all sorts of trade names ... They are making staffredundant on a weekly basis now and only keeping the staff that know a lot about the company so they cant go blabbing ... Take it from me leave it where it is ... This is te biggest con ever ... They have only change there name so they can keep taking your money

I previously worked for Cellcom Communications and they were just paid for carrying out work for Lifestyle Claims, they run call centres for multiple different companies wishing to have a uk based customer service and or sales team without having to employ large amounts of staff. Lifestyle didn't pay Cellcom for the work they carried out either so Cellcom are as worse off as any customers plus its not cellcoms staffs fault they are paid to say what the other company wants them to say off a script and if you worked there you would know this. You would also know that Lifestyle claims is owned by all debt solutions in princess house in swansea as well as the sister company Lifestyle Money. I loved working there but was made redundant also as they could not afford to pay all the staff after Lifestyle didnt pay thier invoices for the work carried out. Dont be so vindictive about a company when you probably lied to customers to line your own pockets with incentives.

The directors of Cellcom are in court for their Sky scam wheb they ran another company a few years ago.

A GROUP of people have appeared in court a second time over an alleged call centre scam. They are accused of trying to sell warranties by falsely claiming they were doing so on behalf of Sky TV.

The group are accused of giving the impression of, or pretending to be, calling from Sky Television Company in order to sell warranties.

The offences all relate to dates between January 2009 and November 2011.

The 16 men and women, some members of the same family, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud.

Two also face a charge of conspiring to pervert the course of justice.

They appeared at Swansea Crown Court.

None of the group was required to enter a plea to the charges against them and Judge Paul Thomas set the next hearing date as May 13.

At that hearing all 16 are expected to enter their pleas.

The accused are: Sammy Jo Matthews, 23, of Heol Penar, Penlan; Sara Ann Louise Nash, 26, of Northhill Road; Darren Richard Smith, 32, of Clos Camlas, Morriston; Jamie Williams, 32, of Clos Camlas; Richard Smith, 54, of Wychtree Street, Morriston; Kelly Stockting, 30, of Northway Court; Ryan Alex Davey, 29, of Martin Street, Morriston; Richard John Charles Imms, 43, of Mysydd Road, Landore; Christopher John Smith, 35; Michael James Stockting, 28, of Northway Court, Bishopston; Barbara Swain, 59, of Woodford Road, Blaenymaes; Neville James Watkins, 35, of Langland Close, Mumbles; and Thomas Arthur Howlett, 30, of Pentregethin Road, Ravenhill.

Two of the group, Paul Curtis Delamare, 39, of Clos y Maerdy, Garden Village, and Jordan Diment, 32, of Lon Gwynfryn, Sketty, are also charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Diment was not present at the latest hearing after his attendance was excused by the judge because of a pre-booked holiday.

Another man, Nicholas Griffiths, 27, who appeared at court by video link, also faces a conspiracy charge.

The court was told the group was made up of senior and middle management staff as well as staff from the call centre.

They were all given conditional bail until the next hearing.

Yes, I'm an intelligent teacher and never thought this could happen to me, but they wore me down on a sick day + glossed it up with an inflated spiel. Well, my fault for handing over card details for almost a thousand pounds! Have spent last 3 weeks chasing round + round trying to get it back once I'd found out most of what they tell you is totally untrue. Been given 5 different numbers and 4 different company names, all of whom say to get money back from the credit card company as they don't have it! Total bollocks. How they sleep at night is beyond me. Apparently, I now have to get my money back from a Beverley Willis who's director I'd 1st Choice Claims, which is 'apparently' going into liquidation tomorrow - fancy that?! 1guy let slip that they were in Llansamlet, but became really shifty when I asked for their address - refusing to give it out. With the MoJ they're registered at Princess House/Way in Swansea, but none of the associated companies I've spoken to seem to know this - funny that. Four other names to watch are 'Run My Claim' , 'ARB Advisory', 'Redhawk Finance' and '2nd Choice Finance'. They all know to say things like "we're only an introducer for X" or "we only deal with the admin" and are well practised in sending you to another number, etc. I'm waiting for the MoJ to call me back now, but they're powerless as these companies are allowed to dissolve and start up the next day under a new name. So unfair, unjust and demoralising! Beware, it can happen to you too.
