I received a call from these people today and now I am really worried as could not find them on Ministry of Justice website with the Licence No they gave me.   I also gave over my card details, HELP what should I do now, how stupid could I be.

Stop your card as fast as possible.

i took on this companys services but thought id have a look online to see what they were all about after discovering this i panicked and phoned immediatley to cancel, money was refunded 5 working days later

Lifestyle Claims purporting to recover over stated interest, on credit cards, mortgages and loans they ask for your details, prompt you with information they know about you and ask for an up front payment...don't. when you try the number they called you on again they never answer!!

After having several missed calls on my mobile from this company, i decided to call the number and see who it was. A man with a welsh accent answered and said he was calling from Lifestyle claims, annd that they were acting on behalf of the Government in regards to ppi claim backs. He asked for my address, which i refused to give. Instead i questioned his intentions, then his true colours came out and his bad attitude came out. Then he put the phone down on me!! Ha Ha.

Be warned if you recieve calls from this number, do not give any info to them, its a scam!!!

Keep getting missed calls from this number, called back and asked to be removed from list, does not happen

right guys .... i am one very happy customer ... these people phoned me out of the blue and asked me if i had credit cards loans mortgages ect so i told them yes i have a credit card and yes i once took out a £25k loan they told me that the could [***] my loans ect but i had to pay a fee of £360 which i could use off my credit card .. as we all now the money on our credit card is not owers so i thort yeah [***] it ill let them look in to my finances so i gave them my details ... within 92 days i had £7034 in my bank .. also they had cleared my ballence on my credit cards ...  so im 1 happy person i love these guys .. these people are not out to scam .. yes they got to charge a fee obviously because of admin fees and to pay the little guy at the end of the phone for his stressfull job of being told by every one complaining on this sight to [***] off so on and so fourth .. at the end of the day guys times are hard these people are normal class like youselfs so find something  better to rather than sit on your computer complaining about a missed call for [***] sakes ... talk to these people they can help you !!!

I just had a call from this company in Wales and they talk a load of rubbish.  I didn't give them any details and when I would not ask them to help me get back some money, the young lady got quite cross and said she would move to a customer who wanted their help.  She also told me they worked with the Ministry of Justice and that their (Lifestyle Claims) cut of any monies successfully claimed back is 30%.  Advise you don't give them the time of day.

Got a call from there guys an told I had to pay £359 upfront and if I couldn't claim I would get a srefund, yea rite, I hung up..

Why would u pay these ppl to write a simple letter you can obtain the template for off the internet ?

I got a call from Lifestyle Claims, they've rang over 6 times in two weeks, i've tried to fob them off. They claim to be able to get me £5000 back but want me to pay out £398 to them first for administration costs. No way. They then offered to do this all for free but would take 30% of any claim. They're very annoying and talk very fast. They've not asked for any card details, just my address, which i haven't given out. They say they'll ring back when you fob them off. I'm with 02 i wonder if i can get their number barred.

Received call today saying I was entitled to refund on credit card and loans upto the value of £8,000 went into great detail about why money could be owned and said they could go back 12 years initially said there was no up front fee and then proceeded to try and get my credit card number  from me saying this was the guarantee, apparently this would then be refunded later when I would not give my credit card number he became very aggressive saying I had wasted his time they wanted £299 don't give them any information.

This company have stolen over £700 from me.....I called them and they promised a refund 8 weeks ago....still nothing. Do not fall for the lifestyle claims con...Gemma O'Shea was the young lady who promised me a refund. Their other number is 0845 669 9333..................

had this number call me telling me i could get ppi back i am on voda fone pestered me for days till i answered. spoke to other people with same problem

This is the first time in our lives that we have ever experienced any cold calling or telemarketing. We have always protected our data. Don't give contacts numbers to any businesses, and are unlisted in both phone book and electoral lists. However, we have been bombarded with calls from these parasites for the past 2 weeks. I would agree with previous comments made that they can be quite rude when you refuse to engage with them. But if you turn the tables on them and question them how they've got your detials from they soon hang up. We have now blacklisted this number to our mobiles and are in the process of blocking them from our landline through BT.
