I had a phone call from this number and I do not know who it is. I am having calls additional to this but the caller is withholding the number. I am a female and live alone. There is no reason why anyone should need to contact me prior to 9 a.m. in the mornings.

Hi read your info as I am getting a series of unwanted calls too. Regarding the information about your address  I would say that they have been and checked the registers in the libraries as the voter's registers contain information about names and addresses of the people who are registered to vote. It is wrong but these crank companies might be doing it. The librarians should have a system so they take details of who is searching and if they are genuine..it would save a lot of disturbance as I am sure people who are voters do not want to withhold the vital information needed to be given re  eligibility to vote. I hope that they stop ringing us.

This number keeps on ringing me too, although i never answer, i don't even have a credit card or any debts (i'm only just 18) so they wouldn't get business from me anyway!

it not a scam i have been thro the claim process nd received a considerable amount of compensation, any 1 who has gone thro this process im sure would say the same, and as for sayin they should burn in hell, u need to grow up

these guys said they can clear my debts especially as one of my debts is with virgin and they are the worse offenders and they are 99% sure they can claim back 2,000 pounds for me? is this a con or can they actually do this? they want £300 to do it for me. How did they get my number as well? weird

I suspect it would be illegal to suggest what course of action to take with this information, and it would appear that they are some form of solicitors, so I suggest you make up your own minds as I'm sure you too can be creative:)

This company has a website where you can buy copies of there credit report its obviously a money making scam! They ring me at least 10 times a day when i answered they told me i was owed thousands for loans and credit cards and it would cost 300 for them to sort it. I've never had a loan or credit card. Dont answer if they ring!

if u ever applied for a loan or credit in anyway this is who this company is.
you may have applied to another company for the loan but details become accesible to all companys and then more desperate one's like the one quoted constantly call to get your business........
this number calls the same time everyday.i sternly and bluntly requested they remove my details from there ''illegal database''. let's see if i get a call tomorrow, i hope for there sake i dont

Called me yesterday and today asking for my ex partner! Split up with him nearly 5 years ago and he used to give my mobile number as a contact number for him.

Were informing they could write off his credit card and loan debt, when I haven't had contact with him for years, so they offered to take my number off of the calling list.

2 calls today so far, keep on telling them not interested, but keep calling me!!!!!!! Idiots.......

This number calls me at least once everyday, i never answer as I am always in work. I have never had a loan or credit card in my life so have no idea where they could have got my details from, it's worrying!

Had this call my mobile number several times. left no message. when i called back there was a message saying it was a telecomes company and the office was shut and 2 call back another time, even though it had been literally 5mins since they called me. Telecomes scam no doubt.

I can understand that people get very annoyed with cold calling as I do get very annoyed myself on a regular basis, but I actually gave them a chance to explain to me why they were calling. They told me I had a claim on ppi on 2 of my loans worth around £2000 & a claim on 1 of my credit cards for £1800 & there a possiblity that my balance would be written off which i was very suprised about. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the £299.99 fee as they showed me their company on the ministry of justice goverment website and there's no way they would be on there if they were a fraudulent company. I recieved the legal application pack thru the post about 2 days later, filled in the forms sent my paperwork back in. About 8 weeks later i had phone call from the solicitors they use telling me that I was looking at claiming back £4000 and they where looking at getting unenforcibilty on my mbna card as mbna had changed my terms and conditions without notifying me which i was very happy with! They kept me updated right the way thru the claims process and 6 months later I have had a cheque thru the post for £4000 and my balance of my card written off! I paid them the 30% of the claim as agreed when I set the claim up and was left with £2800 which I am very happy with. very proffesional service 10/10. It seems like a lot people find a lot of pleasure in complaining about a company before experiencing their service than in praising a company after they have helped them. Just very happy that I actually gave them a chance to explain as I would have never known that my lenders had misled me and I wouldnt be £2800 better off!

I have finally spoken to someone on this number who said they were from Money Saving Expert saying "just a quick call to check if you have received your PPI refund yet". When I explained to her that I had never had a loan, mortgage or credit card, she seemed surprised and then asked if anyone in my household had, to which I replyed no. Perhaps this company does provide a very professional service, what bothers me is that I have no idea how they got hold of my number, and the persistant calling! Hopefully now I have spoken to them I won't receive the constant calls that others seem to have experienced!

Got a call from this company saying that I had been mis-sold PPI on my credit cards and that 99.7% of banks were doing this without telling their customers. They claim to be no win no fee solicitors who can take on the banks and claim back loads of money for mis-sold insurance. I kept the guy talking for about 15 mins and asked loads of awkward questions. Eventually he gave up and passed me to someone else so I hung up. I enjoyed wasting his time!!!

Dodgy no win no fee claims firm for ppi & credit cards etc

Claimed I had been sold PPI on a credit card, told them I (and have never) had no credit cards and claimed I was lying!

Told them not to call, they laughed and hung up.  Called me another 5 times since.
