I keep getting these calls to. They only have my mobile luckily and I've set 01792763490 to auto reject.

its true, i applied online for credit card, got card, used card, credit card company hassling me for repayment, but as i only signed agreement electronically the contract was not legally binding i had a £1500.00 debt and that got wiped granted i had to pay a fee, when you enter your phone number online on an application form this can be sold to various tele-marketing companies. the best thing to do is stay calm be polite and so no thank you and ask them to remove your number from their system while you are on the phone, if they then call again it will be an un-solicited phone call which breaches ofcoms regulations and you can then report them to ofcom. if however you are rude they will keep calling.

I think thats the best thing is to waster their time like they do us with the constant calls . I always answer and say hold please . and leave them hanging for ages they soon give up . not that they dont still try the next day . and the next and the next and so it goes on ... HOLD PLEASE lol

These eejits rang me again today and the second time I decided to answer and pretended only to speak Spanish.  The caller asked me to hold on while he put me through to their foreign department, only he didn't put me on hold (I could still hear all the background chatter) and when he came back on the line he said 'bonjour'.  He hung up on me because I kept repeating espanol, espanol!!!!!  Hopefully they will not ring again.

Dialled me 3 times today, everytime I answer they hang up!  Pissing me off now!

I've have had nemerous calls from these as-s h-oles as well. ~I have requested to be removed from their database and still the calls come.

Any ideas on who and how we can report them. ?

If you ask them to stop calling you and they still call you, report them to the TPS (search it on google). they will investigate it for youl

the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) will be able to help you, they are breaking rulings if you ask them to stop calling you and they keep on doing so.

Luckily my mobile ( a Samsung Tocco Ultra) has a facility to block numbers for future reference. The phone will not ring once a number has been blocked on the phone, but will notify you some 5 mins later that a nuisance call tried to get through, excellent phone, BUT they get around this by phoning on a new number, which I just block, list is getting longer and longer. They will run out of numbers soon, surely. In the past week I have had about 10 nuisence (blocked) calls from this company, using other numbers they had tried in the past, and where already blocked. Today they got around that by phoning me on this new number, (which is now another number blocked in my pphone), Do NOT give them your name, tell them - STERNLY - you havent got a clue what the hell they are talking about, they will hang up.If they knew all your details they wouldnt need to ask questions. Very dangerous company. They started off by asking me to confirm my credit card details, when I said which one, she stuttered and said "any one" NEVER confirm ANY details over the phone. I have had genuine calls from my bank in the past, and still refused to confirm details over the phone, and told them write to me instead, which they did.

My fone is also ringing constantly,Im once told a company to stop giving me hassle or I would call the police as getting three fone calls in five minutes was harrassment and guess what everyone I never heard from the company again.So far I have managed to ignore this lot,but I think they still sell kiddies whistles in toy shops ( good idea to give someone a sore head).

Got a phone call from this number and when i answered the guy asked me if i had recieved the refund on my credit card i asked hime to repeat what he said just in case i heard wrong i told him to p**** off cause i have never owned a credit card and i slammed the phone down idiots

this number called my mobile, then my house phone straight after when i didn't answer the moby!!

Please get them to stop calling me. I haven't answered their calls yet and looking at this I never will now !
